My room was clean and comfortable, though definitely more functional than fancy. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in Greek summers), and I had a little balcony that caught the morning sun. The bathroom was compact but well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for video calls back home. What I appreciated most was how quiet it stayed at night — you’re in town but not dealing with constant street noise. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work; everything felt fresh and well-cared-for throughout my stay.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference. The front desk folks were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations — they steered me toward this amazing little restaurant just two blocks away that I never would have found otherwise. They also helped me sort out ferry tickets to Nisyros without any hassle. The free parking I mentioned earlier? It’s actually a bigger deal than you might think, since finding a spot in Kos Town during peak season can be a real headache.

Look, couples especially seem to love this place, and I can see why. It’s got that sweet spot of being centrally located without the chaos of some of the bigger hotels. You’re not paying for amenities you won’t use, but you’re getting solid comfort and a genuinely helpful team.   Neat and clean apartment. Great location and good value. Decent outside area which caught the sun quite well at times in the day. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants around .

  Good value for the money! Simple apartment, easy location and easy parking. The key collection is an easy self pick up and the neighbours are very friendly. We could wash and iron our close which was really handy!

  The location of the apartment (number 4, east oriented balcony – yard view, 2+1+1 rooms) is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the old town. Renewed recently, modern furniture, very spacious. Quiet neighbourhood, close to a supermarket. Air condition in every room. Fast wifi (watching streaming TV with no problems). Perfect communication with the owner (quick and accurate).

  Great location – close to the beach, supermarkets and other things. The apartment is spacy and well equipped – besides the amenities, there are also things that are not usually available: paper towels, washing detergent, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for vacation.

  Lokalita bola dobrá kúsok od obchodu, pláže a požičovni bicyklov. Zároveň sa dalo rýchlo dostať peši aj do centra mesta. Izby boli dostatočne veľké s veľkým úložným priestorom. Rovnako aj spoločné priestory (kuchyňa spojená s obývačkou). Na ubytovaní sa nachádza fén a klimatizácia v každej miestnosti. Výhodou bola aj práčka a sušiak na balkóne. Pred apartmánom je možné zaparkovať.
