Here’s what I love about the Karias neighborhood — it’s close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually relax. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from the harbor area where all the restaurants and nightlife are, but when you want to escape back to your room, it’s this peaceful little pocket. I mean, couples absolutely love this spot for a reason — it strikes that perfect balance between being connected and being secluded.

The Accommodation Experience

The rooms here are what I’d call thoughtfully simple. Nothing fancy or over-the-top, but everything you need is there and it’s done well. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong), and there’s decent storage space for your stuff. What really got me was how clean everything was — like, genuinely spotless, not just surface-level tidy. The bathrooms are compact but functional, with good water pressure that doesn’t leave you standing under a sad trickle. Each room is equipped with a well-maintained kitchenette for your convenience.

You know what’s interesting about this place? It’s gotten a 9.7 rating from guests, and after staying there, I totally get why.   We absolutely loved the apartment. It’s very spacious (we were two people), especially the terrace! Everything is very new and clean, modern design, all necessities are included (coffee machine, washing machine, etc..). We also enjoyed spacious and convenient parking. There is a livery tavern just in front of the apartment and a good beach. The host was also very helpful and kind in helping with the car rent as well! Definitely the type of property we would come back to.

  Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και καλά συντηρημένο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το διαμέρισμα είχε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για δύο άτομα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα!

  L’appartamento è veramente carino, nuovo e con ogni comfort. Il check-in è facile e immediato. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo bottiglie d’acqua, succo, birre e vino, non ce lo aspettavamo e ci ha fatto molto piacere. Altro punto a favore il fatto che ci fossero diversi cuscini tra cui scegliere.
  Menzione speciale all’host, super disponibile e gentilissimo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.
