  The location is near to Zia which is a very interesting village and it’s well connected with the rest of the island. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with all the necessities. Communication with the host was easy and effective. Would definitely recommend!

  The apartment was beautiful ! Very nice style/design, new furniture and all items in the apartment are new ! Large living room+kitchen in one open space with 2 sofas where my kids slept very well. Bedroom was very nice with good double bed/mattress and a very nice terrace next to the bedroom. The bathroom was also very nice with all new items/appliances, same as the kitchen. The location is quite remote on small narrow roads through an old village and we enjoyed the quiet nature surrounding the location. The view is superb from the location to the sea/beach. The entire property was very nice and very well maintained. The owner was very nice and attended promptly all our request with a smile !

  Everything was as expected and more, fully equipped kitchen with 4 hob and double oven. Washing machine, tv, views was fantastic. Smart, modern property, self check in, very easy, arrival message on whatts app, key code issued on touch down, knew exactly where to go as was given location pin too all before we even made passport control. Fab host, fab property will definitely use again along with others. Family had gone here for the past 30 years to this island and this by far beats any all inclusive package.

  Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, κατακαίνουριο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και με άφησε να μείνω και λίγες ώρες παραπάνω την τελευταία μέρα που η πτήση μου έφευγε πιο αργά.

  La struttura è bellissima, nuovissima e pulitissima, ci sono tutti i confort e gli elettrodomestici. C’è il necessario per la colazione internazionale ( tostapane, bollitore, caffettiera americana) , consiglio di portarsi il caffè per utilizzarla o il caffè solubile o la caffettiera italiana e il caffè per la colazione, c’è la lavatrice e consiglio di portarsi un paio di pastiglie se si vuole lavare i panni, la zona è abbastanza isolata quindi se dovete mangiare in casa c’è una Lidl sulla strada dall’aeroporto al B&B, è l’unica in tutta l’isola.
  Per arrivare alla struttura la strada è strettissima e passano parecchi bus perché si passa da Zia che è una località molto turistica per vedere il tramonto. Dalla casa si vede uno spicchio di tramonto molto suggestivo ma a poca distanza c’è il belvedere per ammirare il tramonto. Il nostro appartamento era l’unico senza una zona esterna, era il numero 4, ma era l’ultimo a disposizione. Consiglio il ristorante Olympia a Zia, vicino alla struttura, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso meno di 20 euro a testa.

  Neues Apartment Haus mit 4 Wohnungen.
  Schöne Lage am Berg jn Zia. (10 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Restaurants) Easy Check in mit Schlüssel Box und Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Von Nachbars Hühnern wirst du morgens geweckt 😊
