  Everything was wonderfully extremely clean and hospitable. The flat was spacious with a very large terrace. The hosts were always friendly and we received a prompt response to every request. It was very central to Kos town. Very happy to stay again.

  The apartment is walking distance from the center. The house is new and very comfortable. There is everything you need. Big terrace and nice breeze.

  Markellas apartment is just fantastic and it is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in while traveling. The apartment is even lovelier than the pictures show. It is very very spacious, bright, modern, comfortable and very secure. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with anything you would need for your stay and beyond. It is cheerful, with comfortable, stylish furnishings. Nice bathroom, complete with fantastic walk-in shower. Plenty of hot water 24/7, air condition in all rooms, extra blankets and pillows, and lots of closet space (with lots of hangers) to make unpacking easy and a very comfortable bed! It has all the appliances that are listed in the amenities, to include a modern, easy to operate washing machine and Netflix streaming service. It is located on a quiet road, although very central, with close access to restaurants, a supermarket and things to visit.
  
  It was nice to watch a movie, on the big TV in the living room, after a long day of sightseeing!
  
  Kostas and Julie are brilliant hosts. They were very helpful and replied very quickly to our messages/inquiries. If you are contemplating a trip to Kos and are thinking of booking this apartment, DO NOT hesitate! You will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Kos. Thank you, Kostas and Julie, for your wonderful apartment and your outstanding hospitality. You have been one of the best hosts we have ever met! We will be back again – very soon :)!

  Es war ein außergewöhnlich schönes Appartment.
  Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zur Marina und zu diversen Restaurants. Trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
  Auf der großen, sonnigen Terrasse sind Liegen, Stühle und Tisch vorhanden.
  Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder mieten!

  Het appartement is exact zoals op de foto’s. Nieuw en alles is netjes. Communicatie met Kostas en zijn vrouw is perfect. Ze reageren snel en hebben ons verrast met een zelf gebakken cake, verse eieren enz. Alles is op loopafstand maar een fiets huren is wel aan te bevelen.
  Het appartement ligt net buiten het rumoer van de uitgaansgelegenheden. Wat ons betreft perfect.
