  It’s very cozy and in a perfect location. Accessibility is perfect too. The pictures isn’t doing the place justice, it looks way much better in real life! I enjoyed my stay here and if i’m ever back in yalikavak it will be my go to.

  The owner of this hotel incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property was well looked after, scenic and private. The actual apartment was very spacious and has everything you need, with free Wi-Fi, we really like to spend time in the balcony from which we could see the amazing sunsets . Liked the convenient location close to the major attractions. There were also 2 dogs ( Leo and Snoofy) which we enjoyed the company of. We’ve got a recommendation from the owner about a family owned restaurant served the delicious Turkish breakfast, which was situated in the hills with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute, probably the best and most complete holiday arrangement we have ever had! Excellent and efficient! Just to say “Thank you Kargin”!!!

  The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and have everything you will need. Staff are very nice and space is very clean, literally couldn’t have asked for more, honestly. I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Bodrum/Yalikavak.

  Nice quiet location not too far from the town centre and 2 mins from the coast and beautiful sunsets! The pool and grounds are beautiful, the garden is really nicely designed and maintained. Very spacious rooms, well furnished and laid out with everything you need. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 3 and 7 and the kids loved sleeping on the sofa in the main living space! Also we had a lovely welcome and send off, the owner Kargin was a great host and really takes pride in giving his guests a positive and unforgettable experience. Would love to return one day!

  What a wonderful family run hotel. We came across this hotel by chance but what a find, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kargin and his family are fantastic hosts and couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is immaculately clean and the facilities were great, it was lovely and peaceful when lazing round the pool and the grounds are beautiful.
  
  The location is perfect, far enough away from the bustle of the main Marina but close enough to walk to. We did get a taxi one night and it was only around £3. Couldn't fault a thing and we definitely look forward to a return visit.
  The main Marina was very busy and the high end shops and restaurants are quite pricey as expected but further into the town there are some just as lovely but cheaper options. Days restaurant by the harbour was amazing value and great food and we had a fabulous time in Mojitos bar for drinks where there was a lovely atmosphere.

  Our stay exceeded all of our expectations, the apartment was modern, very spacious and very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a view over the vegetable garden and it was very private and peaceful, and Abdul told us to help ourselves to anything we wanted. Abdul & Efe were very friendly and made us feel a part of their family. Abdul helped us with recommendations, booking taxi's, cancelling a restaurant reservation and even offered us a lift into town one evening when we were going out.
