It’s one of those places where the location just clicks — you’re right in the heart of Kos Town but somehow it doesn’t feel chaotic or touristy. The building has this clean, modern vibe that feels refreshing after wandering around the ancient streets nearby. What really caught my attention was how quiet it actually is, considering you’re basically in the center of everything.

The Perfect Spot

Honestly, I’ve stayed in a lot of places on Greek islands, and finding somewhere with genuinely free parking in a prime location is like striking gold. You can literally walk to the ancient Plane Tree of Hippocrates in about five minutes, and the main harbor with all its waterfront tavernas is just around the corner. The beach access is what really sets this apart though — you’re not stuck taking buses or expensive taxis to get to decent swimming spots. Couples seem to absolutely love it here, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll to dinner along the harbor, then come back to your own peaceful space.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. You’ve got your own kitchen setup, which is perfect for those mornings when you want to make Greek coffee and sit on the balcony instead of rushing to breakfast somewhere. The space is thoughtfully designed — not huge, but everything has its place and the layout actually makes sense. The air conditioning works properly (trust me, this matters in July), and the Wi-Fi is solid enough for video calls back home.

Living Like a Local

What I really appreciate about this three-star place is how it puts you right into the rhythm of Kos life. You’ll find yourself shopping at the little grocery stores nearby, grabbing souvlaki from the corner spot that locals actually eat at, and discovering that perfect restaurant tucked away on a side street. The neighborhood has this authentic Greek island feel — you know, where old men play backgammon in the kafeneio and kids ride bikes in the narrow streets. It’s the kind of area where you start recognizing faces after a few days.

  I arrived at an odd time of day for a check in and Maria was very accommodating and a great communicator. She was also able to accommodate a much later check out. The little apartment is immaculate. It has a large bathroom, a nice kitchen, seating area, a washing machine, a very comfortable bed, and a wrap around balcony with plants, chairs, and drying rack. The location is fantastic. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

  Outstanding!! The apartment is superb, location fantastic, and Maria the host, is just delightful. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, the bed is so comfortable you'll find it hard to get up, the sofa area equally cosy and kitchenette and bathroom both fully equipped and immaculately clean. The location is perfect with the beach/restaurantsat a stones throw away in front of you and the harbour/old town to the right. So quiet at night too. Maria was super helpful with maps and advice with places to see and rent bikes. Do not hesitate for 1 second to book here – by far the best apartment you'll stay in!! We cannot wait to come back – the apartment made our trip!

  It is very close to city center and nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helps you about all your needs. We were able to leave our bikes in the market for the night for a safe place.

  Maria has beautifully decorated this apartment to create a home from home experience (coming from an interior designer). It has every amenity you may need on holiday inside and outside of the flat (including access to hotel pool across the road) and honestly I wish I could live here. It’s a pleasure to meet Maria in the shop downstairs and if I ever come back to Kos out’ve all the apartments I’ve stayed in on the island on our travels, I would hope to come back here.

  The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring and enjoying Kos. So close to the beach (1 min walk) and close to the harbour front (3 min walk). The apartment was so clean, had everything we needed, was super comfy. We enjoyed playing card games on the balcony in the nice quiet streets. Very close to some lovely local restaurants. Maria was so wonderful and kind, giving us recommendations of what to do/where to go. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Kos.

  Maria has decorated the apartment really thoughtfully. Unlike the usual bland rooms this has been decorated with quirky little details that make it feel like home but better.
  
  It has everything you could need. It is spacious, well laid out and has a lovely balcony where you can watch the world go by. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wanted to cook. There is also a bonus use of the swimming pool in the hotel opposite.
  
  Maria is absolutely lovely and really cares about her guests. She has a wealth of knowledge about the island and gives good advice about where to go and how to get around. I found her very responsive to messages and she even let us check in early.
  
  It is a great place to base yourself and explore the island. Everything is beautiful and it feels like a really special place to stay. We didn’t want to leave. If I could give Maria’s space more than 10 stars I would.

  The property is very modern and spacious, it is in a central location in Kos town close to all amenities and Maria is based downstairs in the Aqua market for anything you need whilst you stay! It was excellent and Maria was a great host.
