What I really appreciated was having free private parking on-site — trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot in a Greek island town during summer, you’ll understand why this is such a big deal. The harbor is just a short stroll away, and you can easily walk to the main shopping streets without dealing with the chaos of trying to drive through the narrow old town roads.

  Une très agréable maison, avec une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours présente et généreuse. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, la maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à votre arrivée.
  La maison est située à quelques minutes de la ville de Kos en voiture, au milieu des oliviers.
  Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

  L’appartamento di Inge è veramente bello. Accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ogni dettaglio è curato al massimo. Perfetto!

  Die Vermieter und das Haus sind einfach perfekt. Wir haben dort 3 tolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus selbst ist hochwertig und komfortabel ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Selbst die kleinsten Dinge sind vorhanden. Ein sehr schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Ein sehr bequemes Bett mit eigenem Balkon. Viele Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet, so dass man auch am Abend und in der Nacht immer gut lüften konnte. Die Terrasse ist mit Sonnenschirm, 2 Liegestühlen sowie Tisch und 4 Stühlen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei sehr hochwertige und bequeme Liegen, die auf der Wiese stehen. Man ist umgeben von einem großen Garten mit Oliven-, Zitronen- und Feigenbäumen. Von den reifen Zitronen durften wir uns bedienen. Am Anreisetag hat uns ein gut gefüllter Kühlschrank erwartet! Mein Mann ist Rollstuhlfahrer und in dem Haus bestens klargekommen. Vom Weg auf die Terrasse zum Eingang des Hauses gibt es einen Absatz. Am zweiten Tag kam Kostas und hat uns dort eine kleine Rampe gebaut. Super nett, das hat uns das Leben sehr erleichtert. Einige Tage später fragten wir nach Empfang für deutsches Fernsehen und sofort bekamen wir einen Empfänger gebracht und konnten dann auch Fernsehen. Die Vermieter, Inge und Kostas, leben auf dem selben Grundstück. Wir haben sie so gut wie gar nicht wahrgenommen. Sie waren aber immer da, wenn wir sie brauchten oder Fragen hatten. Zwischen unserer Terrasse und der Terrasse der Vermieter ist ein stabiler Sichtschutz gebaut, so dass man absolut seine Privatsphäre hatte. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden und dieses wurde abends mit einem Tor verschlossen, zu dem wir natürlich auch einen Schlüssel hatten. So haben wir uns absolut sicher gefühlt. Es war wirklich ein Traumurlaub, da wir gern abseits der Touristenpfade urlauben. Trotzdem war man sehr nah an Kos Stadt und das war klasse. In 1,2 km war man mittendrin und trotzdem hat man im Grünen gewohnt. Einfach toll. DANKE liebe Inge und Kostas für die tolle Zeit!

  Äußerst nette Vermieter, die über ihr eigenes Wohnhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück jederzeit erreichbar sind.

  Das kleine Ferienhäuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, alles ist noch sehr neu und sehr sauber. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin Inge sehr herzlich begrüßt. Besonders fanden wir, dass der Kühlschrank schon mit ein paar Sachen für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen bestückt war, sodass man keinen Stress mit einkaufen hat. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Kos Stadt. Wenn man ohne Mietauto Urlaub macht, ist die Lage vielleicht nicht optimal da etwas außerhalb, für uns hat es gut gepasst.
