  We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly roomy and provided all the comfort I needed during our visit. The location was perfect—near the beach and only a 10-minute walk to the city center. There was also a well-stocked grocery store nearby, making it easy to pick up anything I needed. Stavros was incredibly helpful and even arranged our transfer from and to the airport.

  Ocean Pearl was the best accomodation we have stayed in Kos. It is clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you could need for your holiday. Its location is perfect, almost by the beach and on a main but quiet road. You can walk to the center in less than 10 min. And Stavros is a very attentive host. We had a problem with the safe on our first night and he has immediately arranged for someone to fix it.

  This property is wonderful and we had a wonderful stay here. The location can't be beaten, being so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you could need. Great lounge area and fully equiped kitchen with coffee machine and the bathroom is great with a washing machine which you can use. Stavros the owner was very helpful and answered any questions quickly.

  Everythings was perfect, more than we expected. In the bathroom shower gel, shampoo ,in the kitchen basic spices, oil, salt,coffee 😊

  Very pretty and spacious apartment beautifully decorated, all brand new and modern. Immaculately clean. We were welcomed by a nice tray with sweets and little surprises for the kids, they got very excited! Any kind of facility was in there which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable, We felt at home and we couldn't ask for more. Communication with Stavros has been really good too. Location worked perfectly for us. Few steps from the beach and near the centre of Kos Town, with a good supermarket around the corner, a nice grill restaurant across the road and plenty of shops and cafes, we particularly liked Tarzan Bar and Mr. Serrano for ice-cream. Kos is so beautiful!

  Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, die Lage ist perfekt und der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich.

  (l'unica cosa che mancava, secondo i nostri figli era il pallone🤩…quindi abbiamo pensato di comprarne uno e lasciarlo in dotazione all'Ocean Pearl🫂Filinou7🫂).
  Ci ha lasciati veramente pienamente soddisfatti👏.
  Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità del gestore👍 e la posizione TOP vicina al mare ed alcuni ristoranti.
  Senza ombra di dubbio, se dovessimo tornare a Kos, sceglieremo nuovamente questo appartamento.
