  Fantastic location with views from 3 balconies watching the everyday port activities with crossings to Kalymnos and tourists boat trips, whilst a fourth balcony faces the beach for amazing sunsets!

  Perfect location for vacation. Very kind hosts who are there for everything you need. Clean and spacious apartmenton on the beach with 4 balconies and beautiful views. Restaurants and shops a few steps from apartment, as well as a beautiful beach. All in all, perfect vaction and we will definitely come again.

  You couldn't get much closer to the beach if you tried. You can find everything you need close by.
  The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious and could sleep 4 or 5 easily.

  Superb, spacious, clean apartment, 3 balconies and super views out to sea on the beach, with a great snack bar/taverna below. Staff are excellent and really look after you during your stay. Good air conditioning, Wi-Fi and good sized bathrooms and living area

  What a great room..it's a huge apartment and with 4 balconies all overlooking the beach and sea, it's in a perfect location.

  The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful both before and during out stay. The bathroom was quite new and everything worked well. The air-conditioning throughout the apartment was excellent. It was great to have a laundry rack on one balcony (out of sight from the others) for our wet beach things.

  We are a couple (two people only), and we paid 1680 euros for eleven consecutive nights in the two-bedroom apartment directly above the Majestic Sunset cocktail bar/restaurant. This averages at about 1,000 euros per week!
  We like the extra space that a two-bedroom apartment like this one provides even though there are only two of us, as we do not like to stay in small and cramped rooms, although this was the first time we had stayed at this particular property.
  The property has 4 balconies with front (beach) and side (harbour) views.
  We have stayed in Mastichari at least three times before for two weeks at a time in fairly recent years before the Covid lockdown everywhere in Europe, and we like this attractive small beachside-town very much, with its good selection of bars and restaurants, sandy beach, laid-back atmosphere, friendly people (generally speaking), and the easy access to local buses to Kos Town and various other destinations in Kos, including the airport for those who do not take taxis, plus the ferry boats to Kalymnos from the nearby local harbour.
  Mastichari is a lovely place to stay and we have visited approximately 35 different Greek Islands and the Greece Mainland, on and off over a period of some 30 years or so, therefore we know Greece fairly well indeed, and we have huge experience of cheap hotels, expensive hotels, Pensions, Bed and Breakfast rooms, and loads of Self-Catering places in Greece of all shapes, sizes, and locations. We know our Greece! and therefore our negative comments below are based on truthful, objective, and fair-minded values!
