  Kos Gaia Garden House was the perfect place to stay for a holiday! There was 5 of us and we fit perfectly at the house and felt everyone had their own space. The house is very lovely with a beautiful patio/ terrace, where you can hang a hammock or spend an evening eating at the patio table.
  Every room has an air-con, which really helped during the +40 heatwave. We also really appreciated a fully equipped kitchen, as we could stop by the house on our way from the beach and grab smth to eat. If smth was missing or we needed anything, the host would provide it. The host was very friendly and accommodating and the communication was superb! We hope we can return one day!

  A very nice quiet house with a beautiful garden. Very clean and tidy inside and outside, especially the garden is very inviting to spend time there in the evenings. We did not meet the owner but she replied to our messages instantly and took care about everything we asked for.

  Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Selbst zusätzliche Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. In beiden Schlafzimmern und auch im Wohnbereich gibt es eine Klimaanlage. An allen Fenstern und selbst an der Balkontür und in den Bädern sind Fliegengitter, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Es befinden sich kleine Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in Fußweite. Der schöne Sandstrand, ein größerer Supermarkt und weitere Restaurants, Cafe und Bar sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Kos-Stadt ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Bei unserer späten Ankunft fanden wir mehrere Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Wein und selbst alles für ein Frühstück und Mittagessen und Knabbersachen im Haus vor. Aber das beste war, als ich durch einen Unfall in Schwierigkeiten war, kam die Vermieterin ohne zu zögern mit ihrer Familie, unterstützte mich, wartete stundenlang auf mich und brachte mich nachts, trotz völlig übermüdetem Kleinkind zurück ins Haus! Und das, ohne mich vorher jemals gesehen zu haben! Das ist wirklich die herzlichste, liebste und hilfsbereiteste Vermieterin, die ich jemals erlebt habe!!!

  Con macchina a noleggio l'alloggio risulta ottimale, a 20 min dal paese di kos e a 10 dall'aeroporto, si posiziona in un punto focale da dove é facile raggiungere molti dei posti da visitare nell'isola. La struttura é servita di tutto, inoltre l'host ci ha lasciato diverse cose in frigo e persino la carbonella per poter utilizzare se necessario il forno esterno. Sicuramente la consiglierei a chi vuole visitare kos senza voler stare sul mare e a chi piaciono i gatti, 2 sempre in cortile.
