The harbor is just a short walk away, and you can actually hear the water from some parts of the property. What’s really nice is that couples seem to gravitate here, which creates this naturally romantic atmosphere without anyone trying to force it. You know what I mean? It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people sharing a bottle of wine on their balcony as the sun sets.

The Rooms and Comfort

The room I stayed in had that perfect balance of simple and comfortable — clean lines, decent space, and everything you actually need. The beds are surprisingly good for a three-star place, and the air conditioning works properly (which, trust me, matters in Greek summers). What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night despite being so central. The windows are well-designed, and you can actually get a proper night’s sleep.

  Dimitris was very friendly and responsive; he welcomed us and briefly explained the island to help us get oriented. The apartment is completely new, spacious, and in a fantastic location, possibly one of the best we've experienced during our family travels. I especially appreciated some small details such as the mosquito door net, an outdoor water pipe for easily cleaning sand from our sandals, and a frame for drying clothes. I just hope it remains this way at a reasonable price and is available for us to return soon.

  fantastic location for beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We loved ali Baba which was opposite, lovely food and friendly Staff.   Super schöne, neu und sehr saubere Wohnung mit direkter Strandlage.
  Parklatz direkt vor der Türe.
  Sehr gute zentrale und ruhige Lage, in 10min zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Kos Stadt.
  Eigentümer und unser Betreuer vor Ort Dimitris waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
