Here’s what I love about the location — you’re close enough to Kos Town’s action but far enough away that you actually get some quiet time. Couples especially seem to appreciate this balance, and I can see why they rate it so highly for romantic getaways. The walk into the main town takes maybe 10-15 minutes, which means you can easily explore the harbor area, grab dinner at those waterfront tavernas, then retreat back to your peaceful base. Plus, having free private parking on-site is actually a big deal here — trust me, you’ll appreciate not circling around looking for a spot when you want to explore the island by car.

My room was spotless and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The air conditioning works properly (which isn’t always a given in Greece, let me tell you), and the beds are genuinely comfortable — not just hotel-marketing comfortable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in the room setup; everything from the lighting to the storage space feels like it was designed by someone who actually travels and knows what guests need.

  The accommodation has a large private terrace which is perfect for sunbathing, even for those who want to expose a bit more to the sun!. The interior is beautifully furnished leaving you wanting for little, there are 2 large tv's with all the usual apps which you will likely not use. A large fridge and ample cooking facilities. The location feels remote as you come down a rocky road with goats, chickens, cats, vegetables however its a very safe 15 minute walk to the harbour, even at night. There ate shops for essentials 5 minutes walk away or a supermarket 15 minutes away. There are hotels with open pools 5 minutes away also. This place is perfect for those who want some quiet privacy but with easy access to the centre by foot. We will definitely be rebooking, our host has been very helpful and responsive while not being imposing.

  We loved everything about Manolis place. Especially the outdoor space which is amazing with a beautiful patio and garden area. Perfect for chilling out after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The house itself has everything you could need and is so bright with amazing air con both in the living room and bedroom. The bed is absolutely huge and soooo comfortable. Manolis himself is very quick to reply with any issues which we had when we arrived late ……we broke the key in the front door.!!!!! Manolis was very understanding and sorted it straight away. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

  Elia Little Paradise really is a little paradise.
  The house is brand new tastefully decorated with love and care, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  A well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom will give you all you need.
  The highlight of the property is the spacious veranda, which provided a shaded oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of the surrounding olive trees, sheep’s grazing and the Turkish mountains.
  Only a short 10-minute walk to the town. A perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.
  Manolis is a kind and friendly host and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
  We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone seeking a slice of paradise on Kos Island.

  Alloggio situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di Kos Town in zona super tranquilla.
  Fornito di tutto il necessario (lavatrice, stoviglie, macchina Nespresso, letto comodissimo, mega tv in camer e in salotto, ecc) per una vacanza confortevole.
  Patio stupendo per rilassarsi!
  Host veramente simpatico e super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
  Anche se non super economico è un alloggio che consiglio vivamente per una vacanza di vero relax.

  · Sobald man das sehr gepflegte Häuschen betritt und sich umschaut, macht sich erste Begeisterung breit. Geschmackvoll mit allem eingerichtet, um sich sauwohl zu fühlen. Sehr schöne, große Terrasse, umgeben von einem Olivenhain. Die Küche bietet alles um sich, falls gewünscht, gediegen selbst versorgen zu können (Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist super!). Sehr gepflegtes, modernes Bad mit Regendusche :-). Großes, gemütliches Bett mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Der Besitzer, der in diesem Haus aufgewachsen ist, wohnt 100 m entfernt gegenüber. Ein sehr herzlicher und netter Mensch!! Bei Fragen oder Tips immer zu erreichen (in unserem Falle per Whatsapp). War ein echter Glücksfall diese Location zu finden und ausgewählt zu haben!!! Jederzeit wieder und wärmstens zu empfehlen. JAMAS!!!

  Freundliche Leute, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum und trotzdem mit ländlichem Flair.
  Wir haben viel Zeit auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht.

  Heel schoon, keurige inrichting, nog vrij nieuw allemaal. Bed ligt heerlijk, keuze uit dunnere en dikkere kussens. Op het overdekt terras is het heerlijk zitten maar ons favoriete plek was toch wel op een ligstoel onder de grote olijfboom. Rustige omgeving en je bent binnen enkele minuten rijden in het centrum of op het strand. Supermarkt en bakker zijn vlakbij.
  We zijn er ruim een maand geweest en het was heerlijk!
  De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam.

  Es war alles absolut perfekt. Besser geht es eigentlich Garnicht. Der Besitzer war super nett und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Super Lage. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir könnten uns vorstellen die Unterkunft nocheinmal zu buchen.
