    let's start from the premise: I spend several months a year abroad for work and since I don't like staying in hotels, I always rent fully furnished apartments, where I can live and work normally, as I were at home. So my review, which is undoubtedly negative, is intended for those people like me who are looking for an apartment to live in and not simply a place to stay for a few days of vacation. We are talking about a vintage building named ElGreco Apartments (bad rated on booking), containing about fifteen mini-apartments with different names, facing the back of the neighboring buildings. Despite being a residence it has no lift, so if they place you on the second floor as happened to me, you will have to carry your cases (if you can).
    The apartment is nice, the floor is new as are the furnishings, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is tidy and equipped with a spacious shower and the connection is fast in every point of the apartment but.. The flat has a living area and a bedroom, but unfortunately only one split, television and air conditioning are only in the bedroom, so as it's very hot in Kos city, you are forced to stay in this room, even during long working videoconferences, whichit's not very professional… The kitchen is new but has very little. No stove, oven, microwave, colander, cutting board, not even a drainer. A sort of small camping plate with two burners was placed on it, probably believing that no one would really cook on it.
    The entire electrical system of the apartment is connected to a magnetic token, tied to the apartment keys, which must be inserted into a special slot. However, it is also connected to all the plugs, so if you have to charge your laptop or your devices, in the management 's opinion you must stay home waiting… Fortunately there is a new washing machine but there is neither an iron nor a board on which to iron a shirt you need to go to work.

    Das Zimmer war total sauber!
    Die Lage ist auch ziemlich gut.
    15 min Fußweg bis zur Altstadt.
    10-15 min Fußweg bis zum Meer. Da sind mehrere Beach Bar's.
    Danke nochmal an Gianni für seine schnelle Antworten und Hilfe,da er uns mit den Koffer sehr entgegen gekommen ist!
