  The location is priceless!!! Breathtaking view and an unbelievable nice and helpful host! Thanks Giorgos and we are looking forward staying at this wonderful place again.

  First of all make sure you hire a car, this place is accessed via a private road up a hill (I would guess at least a 20% incline), and make sure you have the car in 1st gear to go up! Giorgos' place is on top of a hill along with 3 other villas, which provides stunning views of Kos town, other parts of the island, other greek islands and turkey. The apartment itself is part of Giorgos' house/villa and at the back of the property, but separate with you're own outside doors. From looking at other photos since last year a pool has been added, and the 2 single beds replaced with a king size bed. The apartment is spotless and basics are provided. Giorgos also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, a 6 pack of bottled water and some fruit, which was much appreciated, especially as it was a Sunday and most shops where shut. Giorgos greeted us when we arrived, and was available via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He is very friendly and welcoming and offered help wherever he could; on request he gave us some recommended places to eat in Kos town, and also a good place to park in Kos town, which we used most days. Although the apartment was on their property, Giorgos and his family never came around the back of the property which made it feel like our own private place which was great. We never got tired of the amazing views, especially the sunsets too. This is a fantastic place to stay, thank you Giorgos, and for making us feel so welcome!

  Everything was great, the location is amazing, the energy of the place and the host Giorgos is one of a kind, he was always there if we needed anything, he also took us to the ferry and picked us up when we went to Rhodes for 2 days. Definitely recommend!

  Posizione fantastica con una vista stupenda, silenzio e natura. A 10 minuti dal centro di Kos Town. Assolutamente consigliato.
  Yorgos e Diane sono stati di una gentilezza estrema, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e generosi. Sono davvero felice che questa vacanza ci abbia fatto conoscere delle persone fantastiche.

  Einzigartige Aussicht, einfach traumhaft schön.
  Man hat die ganze Terrasse inkl. Pool für sich alleine.
  Der Besitzer ist unfassbar nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

  De locatie is prachtig, als je van rust houdt met goede uitzichten zit je goed op deze plek. Het uitzicht biedt een blik op Kos stad en aan de overzijde is Bodrum zichtbaar.
  Het zwembad is een heerlijke verkoeling na een dagje strand en liggend op het luchtbed kan je genieten van het uitzicht.
  Het appartement is eenvoudig en ontbreekt aan niets en is schoon. Er is Airco aanwezig en de badkamer is ruim en heeft een goede douche en bad.
  
  Giorgios is een super host. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert snel op whatsapp. Hij weet veel over het eiland en helpt met alles wat je nodig hebt.

  Yiorgos Appartement ist ein wirklich magischer Ort! Der Ausblick über Kos ist atemberaubend. Wir haben tagsüber am Pool sehr gerne Zeit verbracht. Das Meer hat uns nicht gefehlt. Es ist schön ruhig dort. Bei Fragen, Empfehlungen, Unternehmungen hat Yiorgo immer schnell geholfen. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Yiorgo und seine Frau sind zwei wahnsinnig tolle Herzensmenschen.
  Um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, ist ein Auto notwendig. Yiorgo hat uns angeboten uns von der Stadt abzuholen und mit dem Mietwagen zu helfen. Wir empfehlen vorab ein Mietwagen ab dem Flughafen zu mieten. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10min in der Stadt.
  Die Unterkunft ist sauber, klimatisiert, es gibt Pflegeprodukte, ein Föhn, Bügeleisen, Kochutensilien – alles was man braucht.
  
  Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für Alles! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
