  Everything was perfect!
  
  The host was in contact with us before our arrival until our departure. When we came we received a list of recommended places where to go, what to see where to eat and what to do on the island.
  
  The villa as well as area around the pool and pool itself are very clean.
  
  The location is perfect, small village Tigaki is just 5minutes away by bikes which we rented thanks to the host.
  We took the car for one day, the main city Kos is just 15minutes from the villa and the last village on the island, Kefalos, around half an hour way.
  
  We couldn't have dreamed of a better holidays for our family.
  
  We highly recommend it for everyone!

  This Villa was purposely built as a holiday home and was perfect for our family with a gorgeous pool area and wonderful balconies offering views of both the sea and the mountains.
  The first floor living accommodation was brilliant with small children as we could use the balconies as outside space without worrying about the pool.
  There is an extensive patio area around the great sized pool with numerous sun beds but also a canopy offering much needed shade. The Villa is also surrounded by gardens and is very private and quiet.
  The hosts live very close and we’re most welcoming and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
  The Villa is in a great location in the island with the resort of Tigaki with shops and restaurants easily walkable and the beautiful beach at the end of the strip.

  Pool and outdoor space is amazing. Fantastic views of sea from balcony. Owners are super friendly and are a great help from recommending restaurants to booking taxis

  The villa was great, the pool and outside space is exceptional. The inside has everything you need. Our host Katerina was brilliant with loads of useful information and arranged our car hire and a great boat trip. She was always on hand to answer any queries we had. Tingaki is a lovely resort, the villa is a good 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, another 5-10 to all the restaurants and bars and a further 10 minutes to the beach. The air conditioned car in the July heat was great to get around in. Kos Town is 20 minutes away and is really lovely.

  The Villa was beautiful and we had Katerina who hosted us. She also took us todo grocery shopping in her car which was super helpful and was always at our disposal when we had any questions. Both Nicholas and Katerina were super responsive and helpful, also super friendly.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Xenos. The house is very modern and the pool is very nice and clean. The Xenos family gave us great tips: Embros Therme, Zia, Kos,…
  During our stay the villa was cleaned and provided with new towels. It would take 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but it's no problem with a rental car.
  
  We loved the communication with Nicholas and Maria Lydia and would love to come back.

  Villa molto bella e comoda per i gruppi, tenuta bene e pulitissima. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere i vari punti dell’isola in breve tempo. Servizio di pulizia casa a metà settimana ottimo, abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevole.

  Die Villa hat eine grandiose Lage und einen tollen Pool. Ein schöner Garten drumherum. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen und entspannen. Man wird zwar von den umliegenden Tieren geweckt, aber wann hat man das schon mal in der Großstadt.
