  The place is excellent, looks like the pictures and even more.
  The place is new, clean and polished. Think of every detail from the smallest to the largest
  The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the welcome was amazing.
  The pool is large and pleasant with sunbeds and an umbrella, the direction of the sun in the pool is only in the afternoon. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable.
  About a two-minute walk there is a supermarket, a five-minute drive (you can also walk) there are nearby beaches and restaurants, also close to the old city.
  We had an amazing vacation.

  This design luxury villa has a private pool with sunbeds, washing machine, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, 2 bathrooms and spacious environment.

  Villa Kares consists of 3 joined houses. Villa Kares I is used by the owner's family. Villa Kares II and III are rented out to external guests. The family that runs the rental are very nice people. They are careful and follow up on appointments, and if you need something in the house or need help, they are only 5 minutes away. Villa Kares III is a brand new house with fully equipped kitchen and living room with large TV and everything you need for a good holiday. On the first floor, there are very good beds in the two bedrooms. The house has two beautiful bathrooms with showers both on the ground floor and first floor. All rooms are cooled by modern air conditioning, which ensures a constant 21 degrees throughout the house.
  
  The pool area is inviting and beautifully landscaped with really good sunbeds and a very clean pool, which Mr. Nikos takes care every day, just as he waters the plants in the garden. The location of the house is perfect because it is in a quiet and fashionable residential area, but with only 15-20 min. to Kos Old Town and even closer to several good restaurants. Overall, the Villa Kares houses are a unique gem that should be kept a secret from other guests so they don't wear out this beautiful property. We give the landlord and the property our best recommendations and look forward to coming back.
