  The owner is super sweet and gave us a lot of suggestions and advice on what to do and help if we needed it! The Villa is stunning super new and clean but with a cozy vibe! we were a group of 8 girls and it was perfect inside and out!
  
  The villa is located in a very nice smaller town but with everything you would need and the beach and restaurants were 5 min away walking!

  Villa was absolutely beautiful, and really easy access to the town/beach. Felt very safe with two young children and lots of fun. Host was incredibly helpful and made everything as easy as possible. Highly recommend and already suggested to friends and family as a great place to stay!   La struttura è nuovissima, inserita in un contesto tranquillo in una zona strategica di Kos. Ho amato il suo porticato dove fare colazione la mattina e il pomeriggio tardo rilassarsi leggendo un libro dopo un bel bagno in piscina. La casa al suo interno ha tutti i comfort di un albergo al top. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno ensuite, il salotto ha un angolo relax perfetto per il dopocena e la piscina privata con il suo tavolo e i divanetti sotto la pergola invitano a trascorrere il tempo piacevolmente anche a casa senza uscire sempre. Carlo, il nostro host, è stato di una gentilezza estrema, sempre pronto a consigliare spiagge e posti favolosi dove mangiare o divertirsi. Davvero il prezzo vale la pena! Una casa stupenda dove mi son sentita a casa! Vorrei tanto tornarci! Grazie di tutto Carlo 😘

  Eccellente!! La villa è pulita, accogliente ed è appena stata ristrutturata. Di ottimo utilizzo sono le camere da letto con bagni ensuite indipendenti in ogni stanza. Ottima anche la posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. Gli host sono stati molto accoglienti e attenti alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
