  Very cosy and peaceful little house in the suburbs of the Kos town. Near to village Zia and beautiful sunset watching points. Everything in the house was perfect. We were welcomed with some refreshing snacks and drinks. There was nice olive scented hand liquid soap as well as body and hair shampoo. Plenty of towels in the wardrobe. A little black cat and a hen with chickens were our first neighbours. My daughter loved this. The host is very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

  We loved our stay here!!! Great location close to all the main attractions on the island and so so quiet. Perfect for those that don't want to be stuck with all the tourists. We'll be back!!!

  Lovely house, very well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and the wonderful views a lot. Nikos, the owner, was really nice as well and accommodating.

  Lovely traditional house in the mountains, but well located to explore the island. Received a message on arrival to check we had got in ok and if we had any questions. The outside seating area was a lovely quiet place to unwind – with a view over the trees to the sea and Turkey beyond. Inside was clean and tidy and had everything needed for our stay.

  A lovely house in the middle of the Kos countryside. There is a little terrace that overlooks the sea and landscape. It was a perfect quiet retreat for us. There are two good tavernas within walking distance.

  The house is beautifully renovated and embraces the architecture of the island. It is embedded between the sea and the mountains and has beautiful nature close by. We really liked that it is away from the mass tourism on the island. Only thing you need is a car to get around.

  Φανταστική τοποθεσία. Κοντά στην πόλη (15-20') και σε ιδανικό σημείο για εξορμήσεις προς Κέφαλο κλπ. Υπέροχο σπιτάκι με όλα τα βασικά μέσα. Ησυχία μέσα στη φύση μακρυά από τον υπερτουρισμο.

  Nous avons apprécié le calme et la sérénité de l endroit, la petite terrasse patio à l abri des regards pour prendre les repas et se reposer avec vue sur la mer et les îles. De plus Nikos est à l écoute et réactif. Le village est situé à 5 minutes du magnifique village de Zia et à 5 minutes à pieds de la taverne d Asfendiou.

  Sehr gut, das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat eine wundervolle Terrasse. Es ist sehr sauber und Nikos kümmert sich um die Wünsche seiner Gäste.
