  Beautifully decorated villa. Katerina was a very nice person to deal with. We arrived later than expected due to circumstances out of our control and she was very understanding. Villa was spotless clean. It’s very close to the beach on the quieter side of Kos center. Everything in the villa looked amazing, stylish and of good quality.

  Zo warm ontvangen Catherine. De plek was heerlijk, rustig, paar minuten lopen van het strand. Eigenlijk wouden we niet weg van de prachtige veranda! Zo gezellig en warm, het huis was super schoon en alles tot in de puntjes geregeld echt perfectionisme. Ook is kos town goed te lopen.

  Uns hat einfach alles gefallen… es ist so schön eingerichtet. Auf dem Gelände steht ein Feigenbaum. Dank diesem hatten wir immer frische Feigen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten bis Kos Hafen und der Strand von Lampi ist nicht 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es die Strandbar Omilos. Bei dieser kosten die Liegen nichts.

  Ho trovato questa villa su booking e dalle foto me ne sono innamorata ma dal vivo è ancora più bella: vi sono 2 camere matrimoniali con le facciate di pietra, un salottino, il bagno con la doccia e anche una piccola cucina con il piano ad induzione e il frigo.
  Esternamente vi è una lavanderia munita anche di stendibiancheria e un piccolo giardinetto con degli sdraio e all’ingresso vi è un tavolino con delle poltroncine oltre che un tavolo per fare la colazione al mattino esterno.
  La proprietaria ha pensato proprio a tutto, nei minimi dettagli (ci sono anche le cialde per fare il caffè con la macchinetta della nespresso!) .
  All’arrivo l’arredamento era tutto nuovo, pulito in ordine e pronto per noi.
  Cathrine ci ha permesso di effettuare anche il check in anticipato ( alle 11.00) e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare l’auto per una settimana che ci è’ stata portata davanti alla villa.
  Le camere sono spaziose, i materassi comodissimi e la doccia moderna.
  La sera o al tramonto è davvero piacevole fare aperitivo nel patio che, con il movimento delle tende bianche esterne rende tutto molto suggestivo.
  La vista del mulino di pietra adiacente rende il tutto davvero stupendo.
  Per qualsiasi esigenza la host e’ disponibile e ha reso sempre tutto sopra le nostre aspettative!

  Vacanza meravigliosa, resa magnifica anche dalla permanenza in Villa e da Catherine, che tratta i clienti come se fossero di famiglia. Una persona squisita, sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. La Villa è meravigliosa, ce ne siamo innamorati non appena l’abbiamo vista. Le foto sono assolutamente corrispondenti alla realtà. Appena ristrutturara è dotata di ogni confort: doccia spaziosa, bagno nuovo, due camera molto accoglienti con condizionatori , angolo cottura, salottino con divano letto e poltroncina, doccia esterna e un patio dove godersi la colazione e la sera in compagnia prima di andare a dormire. Situata vicino una delle spiagge piu belle Lambi beach e a 5 minuti a piedi da uno dei locali piu suggestivi Mylos beach bar. Posizionata anche vicino un minimarket dove poter fare la spesa e a 100 mt da un rental scooter e car molto grande e ben fornito. Da li raggiungere il resto dell’isola è stato facile con lo scooter e la distanza massima percorsa è stata di 50 minuti per arrivare a Sant’Agios. Esperienza meravigliosa.
  Se mai dovessi tornare, sceglierei decisamente Windmill Villa.
