  location is perfect just 1 minute to get to the beaches. equipments in the flat are new and clean. the owner of the flat responds immediately to your requests and cares to help.

  I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The decor is stylish and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—just a quick walk to the beach. Plus, there are amazing restaurants nearby, offering everything from fresh seafood to local favorites.
  Additionally Alex, our host, left some fresh fruits and a good wine for us. It was speechless I cannot be more thankful. It was a nice gesture. During our stay we used nearby beached and their staff also very nice.
  I highly recommend this place for a delightful and convenient stay!

  Location, location, location. 50 meters to the beach, 5 meters to restaurants and a short 5 minute walk to the center of town. The apartment is clean and well equipped with two smart TVs, really good air-conditioning, a lovely terrace to sit outside in the evenings, modern bathroom and kitchen. The owner Alex is really nice and a very good communicator. I highly recommend staying here.

  Great central location on the island. Close walk to the beach and to the shops. Plenty of places to eat and have a drink at night. The host were very friendly and professional and very helpful with pointing us in the right direction to make our stay more enjoyable. The suite looked freshly renovated and was very clean and tidy.

  Appartamento a pochissimi metri dal mare e dalle varie spiagge della città. A 5 minuti a piedi da Lambi beach.
  Molto comodo per raggiungere la citta vecchia a piedi e per il noleggio bici/scooter proprio nella via adiacente all'appartamento.
  
  Molto bello, curato e pulito e con spumante e frutta in omaggio da parte del proprietario.
  Fornito di tutto il necessario, tra cui anche una macchina per il caffe con cialde.
  
  Alex, il proprietario, una persona davvero molto disponibile.

  Die frisch renovierte Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht und war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Strand und ca 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum war perfekt. Dadurch war es ruhig, trotz der Beachclubs direkt vor Haustür (schließen im Laufe des Abends). Am meisten hat uns der Gastgeber Alex beeindruckt. Immer erreichbar und extrem gastfreundlich: frisches Obst, Wasser und Wein bei Ankunft, Empfehlungen etc.
