  Valentina and George are amazing people. To start, they welcomed us with food and beverages as more than decent starter pack. During our stay they made sure we are fine and all is well. The place itself is great, more than expected. And the pool is just a gem. All amenities are so close, the sea and the entire vibe of the spot is just great.

  The location was perfect. The house is literally 2 minutes from the beach and several restaurants. The hosts Valentina and George were very helpful and kind.
  
  The outdoor area is very special with plenty of space to relax. In a nutshell one of the bes places that we have been.

  This place is unique with the most unbelievable garden area, it has so many areas to relax in, it even has a bar with a large BBQ… bespoke. with friendly hosts, Valentina was so very kind, a welcome basket with wine and water in the fridge. The pool was great and well maintained.
  
  We arrived off the ferry in Mastichari, it was a 5 minute walk to the villa.
  
  A peaceful part of the island with plenty of restaurants to chose from, ‘Saloon Bar’ was great if you’re looking for a recommendation.

  Wonderful place! Avoid overrated, uselessly huge resorts in Kos and go to Selana's house. We had to spend two nights in Kos waiting for the ferry to other islands, and we chose this house for its location, faraway from the crowds of Kos town, for a rest in our trip between Turkey and Greece. The place is amazing, the house itself very comfortable but the garden makes the real difference: nicely decorated, with plenty of different areas, event a wooden pizza oven and a barbecue. The pool was great for our kid and for us. Thank you for this lovely house!

  Excellent location – hidden in a side street for quietness but just 2 minutes walk from the center. Very spacious garden with pool. The hosts left us drinks in the fridge and a basket of food which was enough for like three breakfasts. Then later during our stay they brought by a watermelon and later several eggs for a nice breakfast.
