This spot is amazing! The host is super accommodating, greets you upon arrival and departure. Welcome basket with wine and snacks. I highly recommend this place for small families or 2 traveling couples! Nice little oasis close to Kos Town with a country feel. Cannot say enough about the property and the host! I didn’t want to leave!

  • Emmet from Ireland (10/10)

Beautiful and characterful location in rural setting yet within striking distance of Kos Town and a miriad of great restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Stone house is only 10 mins walk from the beach with some Greek tavernas literally on the beach which made a restful alternative to Kos town. Very well appointed house with everything you needed and very comfy beds. My favourite part was morning coffee on the peaceful verandato the sound of crickets, chickens, peacocks with views of the mountains, wonderful. Magical spot and the other previous reviews reflect this also.

  • Julia from United Kingdom (10/10)

Beautiful house, very quiet. Lovely area to have breakfast in the morning and sit outside and relax. The host had left lots of food and drink for us to enjoy which was a great touch as you didn't immediately have to stock up at the supermarket. We were met at the house and were given lots of recommendations and help to try and organise transport links.

  • Bolotov from Turkey (10/10)

This is a great place for a family holiday: away from the roads and the noise of discos, there is a large terrace for playing games and barbecue. Everything in the house is new and of good quality, there are several sets of towels, there are blankets for the beach, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. And most importantly, wonderful and very hospitable hosts. We lived in a large group (4 adults and 2 children), we were perfectly accommodated, there was enough space for everyone, no one was bothering anyone. when we arrived, a pleasant surprise was waiting for us – a present from the owners in the form of a basket with wine, fruit and various sweets, also, the owners personally came to greet us on the day of arrival and to say goodbye on the day of departure.

  • Paul-alexander from Germany (10/10)

The house is magnificent and exactly as the pictures show it.
We loved the wonderful vibe and style on the inside and the vast outside area.
Our baby girl especially enjoyed running around outside and all the animals nearby.

The kitchen is well-equipped and we used the barbecue several times.

The house is obviously not a the water front, but a 15-20 minute walk takes you to smaller supermarkets, taverns and all you need.
Of course a car or bike is recommended as it only takes minutes to Kos city.

We loved it and would always be back.

  • Martijn from Netherlands (10/10)

We – two adults and two children – had a great time at the wonderful Paradisi Stone House, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Everything was state-of-the-art and impeccably maintained. The combination of the classic look on the outside with a modern, classy interior made it feel like a home away from home.

The hosts, Voula, and Michalis, welcomed us upon arrival to hand over the keys personally. Voula also came to say goodbye when we left. What amazing and friendly hosts! Voula made sure the house was fully equipped with all that was needed for the first few days, with an amazing eye for detail, and also provided advice on what to do and visit.

The house is close to Kos City (5 minutes by car) and the Asklepieion (10 minutes by car). Private parking was available. The terrace in front of the house is very spacious with a table with shade in the morning to enjoy breakfast. The outside kitchen is equipped for grilling and making pizza in the outside oven. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this very house for a great stay on Kos.

  • Hannah from United Kingdom (10/10)

Paradisi Stone House is a very special place, located in the beautiful Greek countryside. We awoke each morning to the sound of peacocks, chickens and cows. Although just outside the centre of Kos town, it is an easy 25 minute walk, or an €8 taxi ride. We were really glad to be so close to town, and yet in such a rural setting- a perfect balance. The team who run Paradisi Stone House are endlessly kind and accommodating- from the beautiful welcome basket, to a last minute dash to the shops to help us out with beach towels, nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is fresh, new and clean with comfy beds and an incredible outdoor space. We had the best time and would recommend this stay without reservation – an absolute gem of a place.

  • Denise from Netherlands (10/10)

Incredible is the most positive way! I can highly recommend this place. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, the view will never bore, the hosts are amazing,… and so on! Definitely our new home at Kos island.

  • Pompeo from Italy (10/10)

The house is simply perfect. It has everything you desire and more

  • Manfred from Germany (10/10)
