  Superb Villa with two bedrooms located on the top of a hill with spectacular sea view and huge private pool.
  It is a complex of two villas with separate entrances. We booked both villas for our family of 5.
  Unique position, quiet, blended with the nature.
  Only few minutes by car from the main road and 4-5 minutes to the closest beach.
  Luxury design with top quality materials and furniture. Super clean.

  Fantastic Villa for two people, located on the hill top, with spectacular views towards the sea and the mountain.
  Blended with nature, tranquil, with a private pool.
  It is a complex of two villas with separate entrances and each with its own pool.
  Hi tech equipment, fast internet, luxury materials and furniture with refined design.
  Located in the centre of the island so with the car everything is easy to reach (4 minutes to the closest beach with the car; 10 minutes to Kos town centre).
  We enjoyed it to the maximum.

  Einfach nur traumhaft!
  Wir waren für 5 Tage in dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft und hatten zu zweit die kleinere der beiden Wohnungen.
  Top Lage, da auf einer Anhöhe gelegen unterhalb von Zia, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer.
  Die Wohnung war top modern eingerichtet und es war alles aufeinander abgestimmt.
  Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns neben einer guten Flasche Wein eine Grundausstattung für ein (oder 2) Frühstückstage. Brot, Käse, Milch, Butter, Schinken, Eier, Müsli – alles war vorhanden und die Küche war top ausgestattet.
  Der Salzwasser-Außenpool und die Terrasse hätten eigentlich gereicht, um die ganze Zeit in der Wohnung zu bleiben, was wir aber dann doch nicht getan haben.
  Zentral gelegen, da fast mittig auf der Insel konnten wir alles schnell mit dem PKW erreichen.
  Die Gastgeberin Maja war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns gute Strände und Restaurants empfohlen und antwortete prompt auf unsere Anfragen.
  Die Unterkunft hat unsere Reise zu einem unvergessenen Erlebnis gemacht, dass wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.
  Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Soggiorno fantastico. Piscina stupenda.
  La villa ha una posizione strategica perche è praticamente al centro dell’isola e in pochi minuti sei ovunque. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è super confortevole. Inoltre i proprietari sono super accoglienti, gentili e disponibilissimi.
  Un esperienza da ripetere oltre la bellezza e l’unicità dell’isola.
  Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
