  Everything! We have stayed in this resort many times but not in this house. Antonis, the host, is superb and takes really good care of his guests. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are really good, beds really comfy and the place is so clean. Antonis cleans the property regularly and changes towels, beddings etc. Location is right in the centre of the resort, beach is a few minutes walk away and the balcony seating is excellent for watching the world go by! We will definitely stay here again!

  Spacious and clean, good patio area, living area and two big bedrooms. Also washing machine which helped on the last day of our travels. The host Adonis was extremely polite and helpful and on hand to assist with anything we needed. We look forward to coming back next year!

  I think the pictures don't do Meltemi House justice, its in the nice location, close to the beach and the restaurants, host is very accommodating and helpful.

  Great location. Close to port, beach, restaurants and a bakery for breakfast and coffee.
  Host was really great. Gave us a lift from airport. Helped us renting a car. He was always in contact in case we needed anything.
  House is really clean and rooms are spacy with closets in both. Every room has air conditioner and blind to make the room fully dark at nights.

  Meltemi House is an absolute amazing place to stay if you are in Kos. It is located just 1 minute from a wonderful sandy beach which is perfect for families with kids.
  
  The apartment is super clean, cosy, has everything you need while on holiday, including even the washing machine and air condition in all rooms — 4 (!!!) in total. Its also very fresh and the home furnishing is done in a way that its just nice to be there. A great place!!!
  
  Antoni is the best host you could have – he can support if you need in any question, tips for places to go, eat, anything. He met us at the airport and bring us back to the airport upon departure. And he is also a wonderful person, who is doing his utmost best to create a memorable holiday for you.
  
  He had wine and juices and water cooled in the fridge for us as a welcome treat and we'd definitely come back to this place again.

  Meltemi House is a very cozy place. We really love the house. The rooms are big and there are enough cupboards etc. The bed is so comfortable. Our house keeper Antoni is very helpful. He suggested very nice places for visit. Next year, we will definitely stay there 😉

  The house, its location, and Mastichari village are all great. House was nice and clean, spacious, comfy, with nice (2) seatings on terrace. Looks like recently renovated. Host Antonis was especially caring, took us from the airport, very welcoming, kind, and frequently asking if all is fine. Location of the house is in the middle of village, 2 mins from great beach with warm water, 5 mins from kite spot (not the windiest place, so non-kiters are not disturbed by the wind), 0 mins from restaurants. Mastichari village has really nice atmosphere, not too crowded, yet still offering all we needed for family vacation.
