  The location, it’s independency, great for a visit to my home island- it needs a car , although it is a lovely 20’ walk to the city center for those who want to! For us it as absolutely perfect 👍 and we would highly recommend it!

  state of the art brand new apartment on the outskirts of Kos city ; so u can enjoy the peace and tranquility but it is 5 minute drive to the old town where you can have endless hours of fun and wandering around.

  The location of the house is very good; it's close to the center and main roads. very clean, and a new house. The owners are kind. Everything we needed was available in the house. The design of the house was also very nice

  Zeer netjes en rustig gelegen. De host woont er naast dus je kunt makkelijk iets vragen. Als er iets was dan werd het snel opgelost. Appartement is nieuw en ziet er uit zoals op de foto's. Er is climate control in plaats van airco's. Prettig verblijf. Een aanrader!

  Ev çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve tertemiz. Mutfakta kettle, kahve makinesi ve tost makinesi de var. Ayrıca bira, kahve ve kahvaltılık ikramlar için de çok teşekkürler. Banyoda saç kurutma makinesinin yanında hijyen malzemeleri de var. Kısaca ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Balkon çok keyifli, bahçelere bakıyor. Hem Kos’a yakın hem de sakin bir muhitte olmadı çok keyifli.

  Mi è piaciuto il fatto che fosse moderna, pulita, non usurata, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare (elettrodomestici, asciugamani ecc..).
  Inoltre il patio esterno era molto ampio, il giardino curato e ottima la posizione.

  Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola (vicinissima al centro di Kos e a tutti i servizi).

  Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο, πολύ λειτουργικό και καθαρό . Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και είχαν τα πάντα για το πρωινό μας .Το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή και πολύ κοντά στην πόλη.Θα ξαναεπιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!!
