  – Above all the very friendly hosts Nikos and his mom Soti. They help you with everything you need, are always available and do more than you can expect from any host! This made our vacation perfect.

  – The location of the apartment: near Tigaki beach and near Kos city (biking distance)

  Nikos was an amazing host. He provided us with everything we needed and more. He was always there to help. The place had everything we needed and on our arrival he made us find some food and beverages in the fridge. The location was great, close to everywhere. We wouldn’t recommend this place more!

  We stayed a couple of days at Kosaris Cottage and had an amazing time there. The cottage is exactly as described. It has a lot of appliances to make the stay even more comfortable and also has a private parking spot.
  Nikos the owner is very kind and super helpful. He also prepared some things so we had at our arrival, like water, milk, fruits. Really kind!
  The location is also super good. It‘s only 15 min by car from Kos town, 10 min away from some beaches like Marmari and has a supermarket only a couple of minutes away.
  We definitely recommend staying at Kosaris Cottage! We can‘t wait to come back.

  I can’t highlight enough the reception we got from the owners, it was a never-seen before like experience.
  When there are hosts like Nikos it’s practically impossible to have a bad experience. Assistance for every step provided, and amenities were top-notch. I’d choose Nikos and his family over every 5* hotel , because authenticity and human touch is irreplaceable. The premises were excellent and cleanliness was on spot. Unless you can’t live without your 25 bucks special hair conditioner, you shouldn’t bother bringing anything, since most – if not all – of the necessary stuff you might need are available on sight.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und neuwertig. Das Bett ist hervorragend. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben.
  
  Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Nikos und seine Mutter helfen einem bei allem, was man braucht. Sie sind immer erreichbar und tun mehr, als man von einem Gastgeber erwarten kann!

  Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
  Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Nikos en van Kos. Een prachtig eiland.

  La posizione è perfetta per visitare l' isola e per raggiungere il centro. La pulizia è ottima. Nikos è gentilissimo e molto disponibile! La struttura e in una posizione tranquilla non si sente nessun rumore e c' è tutto a disposizione: caffè zucchero pepe sale olio, acque in frigo e anche della frutta e gelati e prodotti per la pulizia! Super consigliato!

  Ήταν πολύ ήρεμα, το κατάλληλο μέρος για να χαλαρώσεις, οι οικοδεσπότες άκρως ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, η καθαριότητα του χώρου εξαιρετική! Όταν ξανά επισκεφτώ το νησί, σίγουρα θα επιλέξω ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα!
