  The villa is beautiful, silent and atmospheric.

  The apartment is situated on the ground floor in the middle of greenery. It is comfortable and spacious with two large bedrooms and a patio. The kitchen is well designed and equipped so it makes the cooking easy. Moreover, the host provides a variety of free condiments including, for example, olive oil. Water from the tap is potable. The house is set between the main road from the airport to Kos Town and the seashore. The sandy beach lies within walking distance. The accommodation is suitable for those who prefer peace and quiet to crowds and noisy atmosphere. However, for the elderly or families with children I would recommend renting a car, especially when you want to visit places of interest in Kos or go
  to beautiful beaches of Kefalos.

  Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

  Der Vermieter hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert und auch nicht separat vereinbarte Leistungen möglich gemacht. Das Grundstück auf dem auch der Vermieter wohnt war in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles grün auch im Oktober.
