  What is not to like? The staff provided above and beyond service to ensure my birthday was special and I will never forget it. The experience was personalised. The managers were super friendly and caring. The staff really made the holiday for me. The food was delicious, the room was clean, they catered to my allergens, the recommendations for places to go were brilliant, I loved every second of being here and want to return because of how good the service was, they really made the holiday for me!   We stayed for 14 nights and I have to say it was a fantastic holiday from start to finish, Olga and the team were exceptional, Olga cant do enough for her guests, always seen leading the team ensuring your stay is top notch.
  The food was gorgeous and there is plenty of options for all. The hotel is clean and the pool was brilliantly sized with plenty of sun beds.
  We had two young kids 6 and 7 that were looked after by the entertainment team, they were amazing the kids didn't want to leave.

  They weren’t open yet for the season so moved us to their sister hotel up the hill. The view from the room (at Kipriotis Panorama Hotel NOT Maris Suites) is appealing. The all-inclusive lunch and dinner buffets were very good quality.

  Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und die Essenszeiten sind sehr gut bemessen. Auf Wunsch gibt es ein sehr frühes Frühstück, beispielsweise an Ausflugstagen. Mittag- und Abendessen sind abwechslungsreich, zwischen den Hauptmahlzeiten werden Gäste an der Bar und mit Snacks und Eis versorgt. Durch die langen Essenszeiten bildet sich kein Stau, man kann jederzeit entspannt und in Ruhe essen.
  
  Besonders gelobt werden muss die besonders große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelpersonals.
  
  Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
  
  Es gibt ein leichtes Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend, inklusive Kinder-Disco oder Spielen.
  
  Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich, sowohl für Familien mit kleineren Kindern als auch für Familien mit älteren Kindern.
