There’s decent parking nearby — not always a given in Kos Town’s narrow streets — and the Wi-Fi actually worked reliably when I needed to sort out ferry tickets to other islands. The hosts were incredibly responsive too; when I had questions about bus schedules to the beaches, they didn’t just point me toward a tourist office but gave me real, useful advice about timing and which beaches were worth the trip. Their local knowledge made all the difference in planning my days.

  It has great location, so close to the old town and beach. All rooms are very well-equipped. The host Mr Damir is helpful and understanding person. He made our stay easy for us to early check in and late check out.

  Great location close to wonderful restaurants on the door step, quiet and a well thought out and done up apartment with all the amenities one requires. We were very happy upon arrival. The apartment was light, had AC, well stocked kitchen down to the ice, coffee, milk, cooking condiments etc etc … the owners were fantastic with communication, sending all the check in details to ensure our late arrival went smoothly and that we had tips and travel suggestions for the area. Thank you. Would love to visit again.

  The apartment is in a super location, absolutely in the centre, close to every restaurant (there is a great one just downstairs too) as well as to the beach.
  The pictures didn't even represent how perfect the apartment is, very well renovated with quality materials and a great style.
  The double bed with one huge matress is a super plus as you usually don't find this in apartments. The bathroom, kitchen is very spacious, very well equipped for longer stays and makes it super easy to cook if you want.
  Damir constantly made sure I'm doing well and have everything I need, he was very easy to communicate with and always accessible.
  I travel almost every month, stay at a lot of places and i can truly say this place stands out!
  i cannot wait to be back in Kos and stay here again.

  Pulizia Top. Stanza ampia e materasso comodissimo.
  Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, addirittura bollitore e piastra.
  Linea wifi.
  Casa ben disposta… sole in cucina la.mattina e fresca la notte.Posizione a 2 passi dal centro. Complimenti davvero al "proprietario di casa" premuroso ed attento.
