  This house has everything you need. Its near to supermarkets and 2 mins to beaches by walk. Well decorated and clean. We all love this place. Thank you for everything and also your gifts.

  Beautiful place, very new accomodation and a great price. Giannis was very accomodating and came over for a drink with us on the final night! He gave us great recommendations, was very responsive, brought us some local wine and cheese to try too. We had a great time at Irene’s sunny apartment and it had everything we needed 🙂

  Everything front start to finish was amazing. The owner messaged us a week before with a link to book the airport transfer. He met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the building. When our daughter left her bag in the car he arranged Everything to get it back to her. 10 out of 10 service and help from him. Water, beer etc in the fridge on arrival.

  L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato con grande gusto nella scelta degli arredi e con dispositivi di servizio di grande comfort, pari a una suite a quattro stelle. Ubicato in una zona residenziale (arretrata di circa 150 metri rispetto al mare) è molto silenziosa e consente comunque di raggiungere a piedi il cuore di Kos Town in 15 minuti a piedi. Pur essendo in una zona “periferica” il litorale di fronte offre stabilimenti balneari attrezzati di gran livello e, a scelta, anche tratti di spiaggia libera. Giannis, il proprietario è persona estremamente gentile e premurosa e si è assicurato che tutto fosse ok per noi dando la sua disponibilità a contattarlo per ogni evenienza. Parla un ottimo inglese. In casa era addirittura presente una piccola fornitura di snack, bevande, cialde caffè…. Insomma, un luogo accogliente e glamour (belli perfino i piatti e le stoviglie!) e che mette immediatamente a proprio agio, anche grazie ai suoi toni morbidi e neutri.

  Fantastische locatie met beachclubs voor de deur en het centrum van Kos-Stad op 5/10 min lopen. Restaurants en winkels in overvloed. Leuk buitenterras waar je ‘s ochtends je ontbijtje kan eten of ‘s avonds een drankje kan doen. De host was ook altijd snel te bereiken voor eventuele vragen en had in het appartement overal aan gedacht. Zelfs dingen als vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel en wc-papier waren aanwezig. Modern, van alle gemakken voorzien. Kort samengevat: een fantastisch verblijf!

  Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Appartment ist modern, sauber und sehr nah am Strand sowie dem Hafen gelegen. Diverse Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Kos reisen, buchen wir das Appartment gerne wieder.
