  Die Villa ist sehr schön, hat drei Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Garten ist sehr schön gepflegt.

  Die Villa befindet sich in Randlage von Kos-Stadt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße, die quasi parallel zur Hauptstraße Kos-Kefalos verläuft. Von der Terrasse, vor allem aber von dem nördlichen Balkon hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Garten, in dem sich teilweise einige Kätzchen tummeln, ist sehr gepflegt und ist unter anderem mit tragenden Zitrusbäumen bepflanzt. Für Kinder gibt es ein kleines Klettergerüst mit Schaukel und Rutsche. Der Grillplatz ist mit einer großen Kühl-/Gefrierkombination ausgestattet, zum Grillen selber sind wir aus Zeitmangel und Bequemlichkeit allerdings nicht gekommen, zumal man im Umkreis von 10-15 Auto Minuten so viele tolle Tavernen erreichen kann.
  Der große Pool ist relativ tief und dadurch nicht so aufgeheizt, so dass er eine herrliche Abkühlung bietet.
  In der Villa, welche im mediterranen Stil eingerichtet ist, befindet sich Parterre ein geräumiger Wohnbereich mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Von dort aus kann man über die Terrasse in den Garten gehen. Die offene Küche ist mit gängigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet.
  In der ersten Etage befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, an denen jeweils ein kleines Badezimmer angegliedert ist, sowie ein Badezimmer, in dem auch die Waschmaschine steht. Von zwei der Schlafzimmer hat man Zugang zu dem Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht. Das dritte Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon zur Südseite.
  Die Villa wurde wohl erst kürzlich renoviert, was uns bezüglich des Allgemeinzustandes, sowie der Qualität der Matratzen auch aufgefallen ist.
  Da das Grundstück doch recht abgelegen ist empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall ein Fahrzeug zu mieten, egal ob Auto, Mopped, Quad oder Fahrrad.

  La villa est magnifique, bien situé et au calme à l’écart de toute nuisance. Notre séjour c’est déroulé à merveille et les services proposés par nos hôtes étaient parfait.
