  The apartment is nice, with all the facilities to make your stay pleasant. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with AC, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has a lovely secluded external area where you can relax any time of the day.
  It is not located in Kos town centre, but it's less than a 10-minute walk from it in a safe area. This found the location a positive point as it permitted us to discover some Tavernas for our dinner that I would warmly recommend (Alla&Alla, Ampavris Taverna, The Land of Olives) that are truly offering Greek food at exceptional prices and far from the touristy tavernas in the town centre.
  We found clean towels, a bottle of wine, water and juice. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

  We liked that it was exactly as per the pictures, quite new and well designed. The apartment is perfect for a two people holiday. It has big wardrobes, AC, the kitchen is equipped to spend the holiday and the touch of the big screen tv was very appreciated during the little time we spent at home. Also the location was very convenient for us, close to the town center but with a easy road link to the rest of the island.
