  amazing and huge garden, surrrounded with wall and fence, 4 rooms, 3-4 terraces 3 bathrooms, billiard game, barbecue, every bad room with new air condition abd smart tv’s with İnternet,

  Spacious house has everything you need. Bike or car were a necessity. We managed to rent bikes and we cycled to kos town each day. Around 30 min cycle. Nice big rooms with aircon and televisions. Cant fault anything.

  Casa molto grande ed accogliente, fantastica veranda molto conviviale, ampio giardino. Quattro camere da letto dotate di condizionatore e TV e 3 bagni, di cui due grandi e uno piccolo. Ampio soggiorno con grande TV, cucina dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Buona posizione, vicina al centro di Kos (circa 6 minuti in auto) ma ben isolata dal resto delle residenze. Nel complesso, comunque, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.

  La villa è molto bella, moderna, molto spaziosa, con spazi esterni stupendi e tutti i servizi che servono.
  La posizione è un minimo fuori città ma facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto, a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro.
  Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono, ci ritornerei assolutamente e la consiglio
