  The location was perfect. In the middle of Zia for the bars and restaurants but also tucked away from the noise so was quiet at night. The owner and his family couldn't have been more helpful. The fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled water, fruit and snacks. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and modern.

  La struttura è in una posizione magnifica per ammirare il tramonto, casa pulita e accoglienza favolosa . La consiglio a tutti per la propria vacanza a Kos

  sono rimasto totalmente stupito dal posto dove si trova l'appartamento, (ZIA) uno dei paesini più belli mai visitati, nel quale ho visto i tramonti più belli della mia vita, la casa è stupenda dotata di tutti i confort addirittura una jacuzzi su un immenso terrazzo dal quale vedevo il tramonto tutte le sere, l'oste Mikol premuroso in tutto, il secondo giorno non riuscivamo ad accendere il piano ad induzione e dopo chiamato Mikol in nemmeno 5 minuti ci ha mandato un tecnico che ci ha fatto vedere come funzionava, perfetta anche la posizione dato che stando al centro dell'isola potevamo muoverci a destra e sinistra della stessa per visitare le varie spiaggie.

  Posizione eccellente, ottima pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità dell'host. Fantastico il relax nella vasca idromassaggio dalla quale si vede un fantastico tramonto. Molto carino il paese.

  Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen, und mit der Lage konnten wir uns sehr gut arrangieren.
  
  Die Wohnung liegt über einem Ladengeschäft in Zia, mit freier Sicht auf das Meer, und geschützt vor fremden Blicken. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Michael ist sehr freundlich, und reagierte immer umgehend auf unsere Anfragen.
  
  Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Treppe zur Wohnung (nicht barrierefrei), und wird über eine ferngesteuerte Schranke gesichert.
  
  Zia liegt am Fuß des Dikeos, des höchsten Berges auf Kos. Der Ort ist überwiegend touristisch ausgerichtet – unzählige Souvenirsläden, Tavernen, Cafés warten auf Kundschaft, die zum Teil mit Bussen aus den Strandhotels hierher gebracht wird. Es gibt keine Supermärkte im Ort, diese sind aber mit dem Pkw in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Nachts ist es – abgesehen von einigen Hähnen – absolut ruhig.
