  Beautiful house, amazing view, a magic place….

  The location was very peaceful with plenty of nature to be seen.
  Plenty of outdoor areas to sit depending on the time of day.
  The furniture and facilities were excellent.
  Relatively short walk to Zia (downhill) via some steps, steep in places coming back up.
  Relaxing in the hot tub after walking to the top of Mount Dikeos (approx 1 hour walk, challenging in places)

  The villa was very modern, spacious, well laid out and everything you need. The views from almost every window where amazing.
  
  The hot tub made it extra special enjoying the sunset whilst relaxing & enjoying a drink.
  
  The beds were large & very comfortable which is a very important factor.
  
  A welcome pack of food was left for us & basics like oils & herbs are available.
  
  I was also delighted when we were told there was steps a short walk from the villa to get to Zia and the restaurants, takes 10 to 15 minutes, this saved using the car.

  Incredibile position, in the wood of the Dikeos Mountain, with a unique view of the beautiful see of Kos, close to the Zia Village. Beaches reachable in 20 minuts. House super confortable, elegant and cozy

  the house is very modern and tastefully designed. With high quality equipment. It looks in reality even better than on the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need and the owner welcomed us with the most necessary things for breakfast. The view to the sea and the sunset in the evening is just fantastic. we spent hours just sitting on this Great terrace. we can just recommend this location!
