  This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything looks exactly like the pictures – or even better. The beds are really comfy, also the furniture outside is not just really stylish it's also really comfy. We loved to relax at the pool and listen to the sound of the palms in the wind. We've cooked in the kitchen, we had everything we've needed. The house is very well equipped.
  And Sia, the host, is super friendly and will support you if you have any questions or needs.
  We will definitely come back!

  We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The EPTA house is quite new and has a very fresh feel. The house has been updated with grass and sunbeds outside. At arrival we were met by a very friendly host who had bought us water, juice, bread, fruits and cakes. And even a bottle of a good local wine. A perfect start! The house is located in the countryside with no traffic or other noise. A really peaceful place, but still close to the local main street. It’s a 10 minute walk to the closest restaurants and a good super market. To the beach and the beachfront restaurants it’s about 20 min to walk, so it’s a good idea to rent bicycles or a car to get around. The area Marmari is located on the north coast in the middle of the island, so it’s pretty close to everything. The local beach is very nice too as it is covered with delicious sand and has almost no stones or rocks. And there’s even some free sunbeds (if you buy something from the restaurant). When leaving the host came to the house at 2 am to check us out. What a great service! Thanks a lot Sia, we hope to be back soon as we simply loved your perfect house!

  The house was exceptionally clean, very well kept and very comfortable. Sia had filled the fridge with fruit, bread, butter, meat, cheese, water and wine. There was also a basket of delicious pastries. There was plenty of hand gel, shampoo, hand wash and cleaning products.
  Sia gave us extra towels and said she could change the sheets for us half way through the holiday if we wanted. She was constantly in touch with us through out our stay and offered plenty of helpful advice. We would definitely recommend this luxury holiday home.

  Getränke, Kaffee, Obst, Toast, Wurst und Käse…
  Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine.

  ALLES! Für mich das beste Ferienhaus in dem wir je waren. Eigentümerin sehr sehr sehr bemüht, lieb und zuvorkommend. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einfach ein Traum Urlaub. Wir kommen hoffentlich ab jetzt jedes Jahr wieder. Danke Sia – beste Gastgeberin!!

  Das Haus und die Einrichtung war genau wie auf dem Foto. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich. Es war für das erste Frühstück alles dort. Auch Früchte, ein Kuchen und Snacks. Duschmittel, Seifen usw alles vorhanden. Sia ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Person. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war super und die Umgebung ums Haus top.
