  Loved every bit of this villa. It was in a great location (we had a car but did walk to the beach one day so it’s doable!) . The gardens and balcony’s are to die for and the finish of the detail of the villa is outstanding. Having a car it was super as we had a drive way and was in a prime location to visit every part of the island. The extra touches were the toastie maker (kids loved it), smoothie maker (great for making smoothies!) and of course the rooms downstairs to give the older kids their privacy and adults their own space upstairs. (We had the best cats who hung out on the balcony with us, named the main one Barry!)

  all, the terraces and rooms are beautiful comfortable and cozy house with friendly and present staff

  The house is a new build and it was lovely. Plenty of room, the property can easily accommodate two couples and one more person.
  The air-conditioning was good, all the facilities were in good condition and there were all the kitchenware and home appliances you need.
  Best to rent a car, as the nearest shop is a bit long walk.

  Great place to stay in Kos. Communication with Stavros was friendly and promt and we found everything you can possibly need…very thoughtfully eqiupped. It is walking distance to the old town with a nice view on the mountain. We'll come back here for sure!

  The property is brand new and all the facilities are perfect for a family or group of friends. Everything that we could need was provided, two bathrooms with great showers, comfortable beds, great kitchen and lounge area and plenty of outdoor space and parking.

  Well equipped kitchen and great consideration as to what the guests will need (English instruction for the washing machine, detergent, dish washer tablets etc.)
  Lovely balconies where you can always find shelter from the wind.
  Excellent heating system for the cold April nights – which doubles as air conditioner.
  Very helpful host (Stavros) who was quick and eager to answer questions about the house and give recommendations about sights to see and places to eat.
  The house is brand new and everything works perfectly.
  The house is a short distance from the center of Kos town in a quiet area.
  We loved it and we hope to come back!
