The Setting

Torba itself is this lovely little bay area that’s become increasingly popular with couples — and I can see why the location scores so well with guests. You’re about 15 minutes from Bodrum’s main attractions, but the immediate area has this relaxed, almost village-like feel. The resort takes advantage of its hillside position beautifully, with most areas offering glimpses of the Aegean. There’s parking right on-site, which might seem like a small thing until you’ve tried finding a spot in central Bodrum during summer. The surrounding landscape features olive groves and pine forests that create a naturally peaceful environment.

Accommodations and Amenities

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-thought-out, with that crisp Hilton standard you expect but enhanced with local design elements. What really impressed me was how quiet everything was — the soundproofing is excellent, which matters when you’re trying to sleep off a day in the Turkish sun. The spa facilities are genuinely luxurious without being over-the-top, and the fitness center is better equipped than most hotel gyms I’ve encountered. They’ve also got a tennis court that’s surprisingly well-maintained. The swimming pools offer both adult-only and family-friendly sections, catering to different guest preferences throughout the day.

Dining Experience

Now, all-inclusive can be hit or miss, but they’ve really nailed the breakfast here. The buffet setup covers everything from continental basics to full English options, plus they accommodate dietary restrictions better than most places — I mean, having proper vegan and halal options alongside gluten-free choices shows they’re paying attention. The main restaurant rotates through different cuisines throughout the week, and while it’s not going to compete with Bodrum’s best independent spots, it’s solid and varied enough that you won’t feel trapped.   The service staff was perfect, as always. Having known many of them for over eight years, I’ve come to truly appreciate their dedication and the genuine care they show for both the hotel and its guests. Their loyalty shines through in every interaction. For our children, we had special dietary requests, especially for our 8-month-old son, as we prefer to avoid pre-made baby food and instead give him fresh vegetable purées without butter or salt. The staff went above and beyond by preparing this specially for him at every meal, showing such kindness and attentiveness.
