Here’s the thing about staying on Υγείας Street — you’re literally in the heart of everything that matters in Kos Town, but somehow it doesn’t feel chaotic. I mean, you can walk to the ancient Asklepion ruins in about fifteen minutes, and the main harbor with all those gorgeous fishing boats is practically around the corner. What really struck me was how easy it was to slip into the local rhythm here. There’s a traditional taverna just two blocks down that serves the best moussaka I had on the entire island, and the morning coffee spots that locals actually use are all within a three-minute walk.

The Suite Experience

The room itself lives up to that “Sea & City” promise in the name — and I was honestly skeptical about that when I booked. From the balcony, you get these glimpses of the Aegean between the buildings, plus this really nice view over the town’s rooftops. The space feels bigger than you’d expect from a three-star place, with a sitting area that’s actually usable (not just decorative furniture crammed in). The kitchenette is compact but functional — perfect for making morning coffee or storing those amazing Greek yogurts from the market down the street.

What I appreciated most was how the place just works for couples who want to experience Kos Town authentically. Mornings, you’ll hear the gentle sounds of the town waking up — vendors setting up, locals chatting on their way to work. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay smooth without being overly formal about it. They pointed me toward this incredible little bakery that I never would have found otherwise, and gave me the real scoop on which beaches are worth the trip versus which ones are tourist traps.

After staying here, I totally understand why this place scores so highly with couples and gets that excellent location rating. It’s that rare combination of being right where you want to be without feeling like you’re staying in a fishbowl.   The location is fantastic, 1 minute’s walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the old town. Very clean. Everything you need is there, even hairdryers in both bathrooms. Modern and stylishly furnished. Filled ice trays in the freezer was a bonus!

  The location of the suite was excellent, honestly a 2 minute walk away from the beach, bars, and restaurants! It was perfect for our girls holiday to Kos. The hosts were also so accommodating, and made sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout our stay.

  Beautiful property and a lovely outdoor space – perfect for our holiday. Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and close to plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants too. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook ourselves too. The whole property felt well looked after and very clean too. Air conditioning and heating was appreciated too.

  Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, utrzymane w nowoczesnym stylu. Duże przestronne łazienki, wygodne łóżka. Internet i klimatyzacja działająca bardzo dobrze. Blisko plaży blisko centrum. Super taras, gdzie można zjeść w cieniu śniadanie czy posiedzieć przy winie.
  Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, dużo naczyń. Szkoda tylko, że nie ma zmywarki.
  Obok wprawdzie ulica, ale ruch niewielki a okna zapewniają ciszę.
