My room was spacious and comfortable, with that promised sea view dominating the whole space. The furnishings are modern without being flashy — clean lines, good air conditioning (crucial in Turkish summers), and a balcony where I spent way too much time with my morning coffee. The WiFi actually works well throughout the property, which isn’t always a given in this part of Turkey. What struck me most was how quiet everything felt despite being reasonably close to the action — the building’s positioning really shields you from street noise.

You know what I love about staying here? You get the authentic Bodrum experience without the tourist trap feeling. From your balcony, you can watch the fishing boats heading out at dawn and the gulets preparing for their daily cruises. The neighborhood has a few local spots where you can grab proper Turkish breakfast or evening drinks — places where you’ll hear more Turkish than English, which I always take as a good sign. The walk down to Bodrum Marina takes you through some genuinely charming residential streets that most visitors never see.

Couples absolutely rave about this place, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about those sunset views over the Aegean, especially when you’re sipping wine on your private balcony. The combination of being close to everything but still feeling like you have your own peaceful retreat really works. Plus, practical stuff matters when you’re traveling, and having reliable parking, good internet, and a restaurant scene within walking distance makes everything easier.   It was a great stay, way above my expectations. The house had a magnificent view. You can watch the whole Bodrum silhouette and the sea. The house was big and very clean. Frankly, the house was like my own home and there was a demijohn of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, crackers, chocolate, milk whatever you might need at home. In fact, I was surprised when it was said that all of them were free and offered. In addition, Zeki Bey, who is the host, was very interested and smiling. He made me feel very welcome during my stay and even gave a souvenir of Bodrum as a gift. Definitely a place I would prefer to stay in my future visits, and I would highly recommend it to everyone.   The facility was beautiful. In terms of location, it was right in the center and very close to the market. When I got off the airport, Zeki Bey greeted me. The view was magnificent. I believe I had a nice stay. Thank you very much for your interest in Mr. Zeki. This is the only place I will stay when I come to Bodrum again. 🙏

  Firstly, the house had a magnificent view, it was very nice to be able to watch the whole Bodrum from a wonderful sight view.
  
  Besides, the house was very clean and spacious. Its location was close to the markets and the city center. There is also free parking in front of the house so you can use it too. Zeki Bey was very helpful and friendly in every matter. He gave me useful information about the most suitable and quality places for the things I need in Bodrum. After a nice and satisfying stay in Bodrum, I can say that I can stay here again when I visit Bodrum in the future. Everything was great, thank you very much again.

  Просторные комфортные светлые аппартаменты с потрясающим видом на гавань. Безупречная чистота, качественное новое постельное белье и полотенца, как в хороших отелях. Отлично работают кондиционеры, что очень важно в такую жару. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, удобная плита и духовка, много разной красивой посуды. Можно самим приготовить еду и ужинать на террасе, любуясь закатом, яхтами и старинной крепостью.
  Хозяин mr. Zeki очень гостеприимный и дружелюбный человек. Мы прилетели в Бодрум ночным рейсом, без проблем встретил нас ночью у дома, все показал и рассказал. В холодильнике к нашему приезду стояла вода и кола, но столе печенья. В течение нашего пребывания, был всегда на связи и быстро решал все наши вопросы.
  Мы будем смело рекомендовать это жильё в Бодруме нашим родственникам и друзьям и в следующую поездку сами приедем сюда же снова.
