  The apartment totally new , fresh , very comfortable , you can find all facilities on the kitchen ,.The location very close to old town . I am very recommend to stay there .

  1- The apartment is may be 8 min walk from the main square and port in Kos.
  2- apartment was super clean and recently renovated.
  3- Host was very responsive, there was a welcome package waiting for us ( water and some biscuits).
  4- Whole building is new, it is refreshing and welcoming.
  5- There is balcony with chair and table. Clothes hanger was there, very handy to hang wet clothes.
  6- full equipped new kitchen and washing machine including a kettle and coffee machine.
  7- Instructions to collect the keys were easy and straightforward.
  8- Double glass windows. No noise.

  The apartment is newly renovated, and the furnitures are brand new. We particularly like how modern the kitchen and bathroom are. There are two air conditioners, one in bedroom and one in living room/kitchen. The landload is friendly and also quick in responding.The location is also central, close to kos town center and to the beach.

  Wij mochten de eerste gasten zijn die appartement 4 in gebruik mochten nemen. Het pand is geweldig gelegen, net buiten de drukte van de stad en met een klein supermarktje er naast. Het gebouw en de kamers zien eruit als op de foto's en bestaat uit in het totaal 8 appartementen. Het appartement is schoon, strak en netjes. Er wordt echt niet aan schoonmaak gedaan, dat is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid, een tip voor de vriendelijke eigenaar (ook eigenaar van restaurant Lofaki). Door de centrale ligging is als te voet te bereiken, restaurants, strand en bezienswaardigheden. Binne 300 meter lopen zitten zo al drie van de betere restaurant van Kos-stad (Giameze, Patriko en Lampros, mijn 8ste keer op Kos). Twijfel niet en boek dit appartement gerust, Kos is hoe dan ook geweldig!

  Appartamento praticamente nuovo pulitissimo ben arredato con tutti i confort possibili e posizione ottima vicino al centro storico e lungomare e al tempo stesso posizione silenziosa silenziosa….parcheggio un pochino piú difficoltoso ma comunque non impossibile nelle vicinanze

  Prachtig appartement dichtbij de haven, restaurantjes en strand. Het is een gloednieuw luxe appartement met een heerlijk bed, mooie badkamer en alles is in het appartement aanwezig. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beantwoord snel mijn vragen. Hij heeft ook een restaurant Lofaki waar je heerlijk kunt eten en genieten van het uitzicht over Kos en de zonsondergang is daar adembenemend. Dit is absoluut een aanrader!
