  We had a lovely stay in Kos town and would recommend Beachside retreat.
  It was a really large, clean apartment, plenty of space.
  The location is excellent, very close to the beach and many restaurants, also within walking distance to the port and about 30 minutes drive from the airport.
  Wi-fi signal was very good, we could work remotely with no problem’s.
  Air conditioning unit kept the place cool and was relatively quiet.
  Owner is friendly, very helpful and easy to contact

  Velký apartmán, plně vybavený pro vaření, což jsme nevyužili. Klíče k vyzvednutí přes kod ze schránky na domě.

  La casa è ampia, in una posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal porto e dalle spiagge. Eravamo in 7 e abbiamo noleggiato un van e non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e il Sig. Efprepios ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi, dandoci consigli utilissimi. La casa è come da descrizione e nella strada ci sono bar e negozi. La Farmacia è a 50 mt. L'aria condizionata è nel soggiorno ma si riesce a rinfrescare tutta la casa. In ogni stanza ci sono le pale. L'arredamento è un po' datato ma se tornerò a Kos riprenderò sicuramente questa casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Aeroporto a 20 minuti di macchina

  Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, posizione ottima per le spiagge e centro città. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!
