  The Deluxe Beach House was perfect for our family holiday in Kos. The location of the house is ideal in terms of access to the beaches, restaurants and Kos town.
  
  Within the surrounding area there are many amenities and plentiful places to eat. There was a great Supermarket (AB) within a 5-minute walk, where basic supplies can be purchased.
  
  The house is beautifully appointed and as a family of four we never felt cramped. It is spacious and the air conditioning was a great asset especially during the middle of August! The views from the front balcony are breath taking and a wonderful location to take your morning coffee.
  
  We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was always quick to respond and resolve these. We were also able to book the airport transfer through the hosts and again this was prompt and efficient with a really friendly driver.
  
  We made wonderful memories during our stay in Kos and these were also due to our stay in this beautiful house.

  5 star place! Amazing apartment overlooking the beach with a 2 mins walk to the town centre and the main street. Truly enjoyed our stay there, and would definitely return for another week in the sun in the future.

  The location was excellent, and we had sunbeds reserved for us every day by the staff on the beach. Staff were all really friendly. The property also arranged airport transport, which was very prompt and excellent specification of vehicles.

  Such a lovely apartment. Kallia meet us there and ran through all the things we needed to know. The apartment sits opposite Nissi beach. It’s less than a 5min walk to th AB supermarket for all your food essentials. It’s about a 20min stroll to the old town so the location is perfect .
  It’s was also very peaceful even though there’s a cafe below the apartment.( they own the apartment so are very considerate of the guest)
  We had such a wonderful time .
  Will book it again and have been raving about it to our friends

  The location was perfect, the view was unbeatable and your very local to restaurants and bars! it was spacious, clean and the owner was extremely lovely. Beach bar downstairs was lovely, and Margareta the waitress reserved our sunbed every morning. It was a luxury stay and we would 100% go back.

  A beautiful, clean, light-filled maisonette with stunning sea views, it was a real pleasure staying here.
  The family who own it also own the bar downstairs and were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
  The bar was not noisy.
  
  There is a large AB supermarket 10 minutes walk away which was very convenient.
  
  The beach is just 20 seconds walk away.
  
  The location probably would suit a family with teenagers best. Just be aware that there was music on the beach all day, which you may or may not mind.
