  This is a great family oriented hotel – so if you are going on family vacation, this is the right place. All kids are going to find their interest (they have activities as well for small kids, as well for teenagers).
  
  I was really surprised, how good we have felt at this hotel. Because the family oriented environment was exactly what we needed so if our kids were a little bit louder or running around, it was okay because there were many other families, that were going through the same thing :-))).
  
  Great evenings – silent disco, beach party…. it was really lot of fun and great entertainment team that always made you feel special. Kids club also great. So even if you are a single parent, they will help you to get the best out of your vacation.
  
  Also I can't forget the swimming school that was there! We had our Viki and she was the best.
  
  Everybody was super friendly. The staff always really helpful. We even extended our stay by another 5 days. Also I would definitely come back with my kids again.

  Das Essen im Buffet war sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Personal war stets bemüht und sehr nett. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade vom Zimmer das uns natürlich sehr gefallen hat. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und schön mit den vielen Pools und das mit den Handtüchern auflegen gibt es zwar auch hier (eh klar) aber man fand aufgrund der Menge dann doch immer noch was frei.

  Solides Allinclusive Hotel, vor allem für Familien! Wir haben als Paar eine Woche in diesem 5-Sterne Hotel gebucht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend und mit 4 von 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und bietet eine großzügige Poollandschaft, direkten Meerzugang, ein großes Hauptrestaurant, zwei Nebenrestaurants (müssen reserviert werden, wurde von uns nicht besucht), einen Imbissstand am Hauptpool, eine Vitaminbar am Family-relax-Pool (sehr leckere frisch gemachte Smoothies) und eine Bar in der Lobby welche 24/7 geöffnet ist. Ein paar Sachen sind uns jedoch negativ aufgefallen: 1. am zweiten Tag hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer 2. weitere Insekten haben trotz der Insektenschutzgitter einen Weg in unser Zimmer gefunden (darunter ein handgroßer Käfer) 3. an der Snackbar am Hauptpool sollte man als Vegetarier aufpassen, da die Pommesschale direkt unter dem Drehspieß platziert wird, so bekam die Dame vor uns statt den bestellten Pommes einen halben Gyrosteller, so oder so gibt es nur eine Zange für Fleisch und Pommes. 4. An einem Tag wurde der Salat im Hauptrestaurant nicht gewaschen, wir fanden mehrere Insekten auf den Salatblättern. 5. Das Bad unseres Zimmers war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche und Toilette waren vergilbt, generell hielt man sich nicht gerne all zu lang dort auf. Abschließend möchten wir erwähnen, dass sich das Hotel an einem wundervollen Strand befindet, über welchen man auch ein ca. 45 min entferntes Dorf erreicht. Hier kann man in eine der schönen Standbars einkehren, durch die Touristik-Läden schauen, oder den großzügigen Supermarkt besuchen.

  Das Personal ist unfassbar kompetent, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen im Allgemeinen (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Getränke sind in Ordnung.
  Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Der Strand ist herrlich schön, riesig, einladend. Wenn man möchte, könnte man von morgens bis abends Sport machen: Angebote ohne Ende.
