  Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα σε νεόδμητη οικοδομή. Άνεση ,λειτουργικότητα,με όλα τα βασικά απαραίτητα για την διαβίωση στο σπίτι. Μεγάλες βεράντες εμπρός και πίσω του διαμερίσματος με σκίαστρα με θέα στην πόλη της Κω. Καλής ποιότητας μαλακό κρεβάτι.Πάρκινγκ ατελείωτο ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι. Πολύ σημαντικό η απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης μόλις 1200 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Είσαι δίπλα αλλά όχι μέσα στην πόλη που σημαίνει απίστευτη ησυχία.
  Ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει για ότι χρειαστεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.
