  This apartment is very close to centre of Kos. You can go to port in 5 minutes by walk. Also, the owner of the house has very positive vibe. There was no problem, also he organized cleaning. Thank you for everything to Pedro. We hope to see him in Turkey , too. Ceyda&Eren

  the property was beautiful, it was super clean and so comfortable! probably the nicest apartment i’ve ever stayed at. Petros was incredibly kind and helpful, you could see he genuinely cared. would 100% recommend staying at his apartments. absolutely worth it!!

  We were met by the owner of the property, Petros, who was great and really welcoming. He also told us the best restaurants to go to, which were excellent. The apartment was modern, well equipped, spacious and spotless. The air con was good and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect – close enough to everywhere but not too noisy. The ice cream parlour/cake shop nearby was also excellent and not to be missed. On our last day, Petros met us to say goodbye, saw how much luggage we had and insisted on driving us to the marina, despite us being happy to walk there. Just a perfect stay – thank you.

  Very nice host, the building of the flat is very central, a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Petros was super friendly, helped us with all our questions and he booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport.

  Beautiful near new apartment with all necessities, I loved having a washing machine and a balcony to hang the clothes.
  Walking distance to the center has lots of restaurants, bars, cafés and other shopping.
  The host was very friendly and helpful.
