  The apartment was very comfortable and within minutes to the beautiful beach. The host was very helpful and friendly, as were our neighbours.

  Marianna and her mother are the best hosts you could ask for! Marianna is a very kind and lovely person! She was always available for any questions we had and helped us wherever she could! The Appartment is very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped and the beach is only 2 minutes away. The supermarket is also 2 min away and there are a lot of restaurants very close by. We had a perfect stay!

  It is a lovely modern apartment and there is everything you need for your stay. The beach is literally 1 minute away and all the restaurants and bars are between 2 and 5 minutes away, and yet the apartment is very quiet at night. The host is very very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make the stay as nice as possible and is always approachable. She even left us a few little gifts, which was a very nice touch. Loved our stay there and will definitely come back!

  Clean, beautiful and cosy apartment, with sea view, there was always nice sea breeze in the flat, we didn’t even switch on air conditioner. When we arrived Marianna met us and there was waiting for us beverages and fruits! Very nice! What is most important that the owner of the flat is very kind and nice. Kids got even presents! Really the best owners I ever met. Always asked if we need anything ❤️ and the beach is very near. The flatis in quite location with less then a minute walk to the shops and everything.

  Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig angelegt, die Einrichtung überzeugt, gerade auch im lokalen Vergleich, durch Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, im Dorf, oder in 1 Minute bei einem kleinen Supermarkt.
  Wir waren im Hochsommer da, da war die Klimaanlage ein riesengroßes Plus. Da wir drei Wochen da waren, haben wir auch von der Waschmaschine regen Gebrauch gemacht. Super praktisch!
  Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Da sie selbst in dem Gebäude wohnen, hat man quasi Familienanschluss. Wir haben sogar ein paar kleine Geschenke bekommen.
  Für diejenigen, die Mastichari noch nicht kennen: der Ortskern ist nicht groß und mittelmäßig touristisch erschlossen. Man hat die Auswahl zwischen mehreren netten Restaurants, meist natürlich am Strand, und in den kleinen Supermärkten. Vor Ort kann man eigentlich alles kaufen, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Am Strand kann man zwischen eher luxuriösen Liegen mit Service, einfachen Liegen oder auch dem eigenen Handtuch wählen. Für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten hat man einen Hafen im Dorf, kann bei mehreren Anbietern Autos, Motorroller oder Fahrräder mieten, oder auch auf öffentliche Busse zurückgreifen.

  Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend, nur wenige Meter zum Strand und in den Ortskern, dabei aber auch ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin Mariana hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, wir hätten sie jederzeit erreichen und alles fragen können. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, wir sind früher angereist als gedacht und selbst das war kein Problem. Das Appartement ist hübsch, wir haben nicht gekocht, die entsprechende Ausstattung wäre aber da gewesen.
