  Really lovely house on the outskirts of Kos Town. The house was well equipped and very comfortable – big sofas; very comfy bed; good shower; whirlpool bath; etc, etc! The view to the Town and over the sea from the main bedroom balcony is beautiful! The house is situated approx. 5 min drive / 30 mins walk from Kos Town and is set in a very peaceful area. It was very easy to drive to many of the wonderful Kos beaches! As other reviewers have noted – Maria is a wonderful host – so helpful and friendly – she even had a pizza for us when we arrived late in the evening and got us lovely gifts! Thank you so much Maria! One thing to note if you like walking into Town (we like walking in the evening to and from dinner) – the roads have no pavements most of the way. There are street lights and the roads were fairly quiet in September so wasn't too much of an issue for us – and if you prefer to drive there are a couple of large free car parks right on the edge of town.

  This a very large and cozy house with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. A hospitable hostess Maria very nice woman, who responds immediately to any request. We spent four wonderful days there with friends.

  It is very spacious Villa and perfect for a couple or a family to really enjoy a peaceful time in Kos.
  The whole house, specially the kitchen is fully equipped that made our stay much nicer as we like cooking and eating at home.
  
  Maria is an extremely caring host, the house had everything from fruits to extra sheets, towels, shampoo to tissues, candles..she kept treating and helping us with everything. It was as if we were visiting a very dear friends’ house.The view of the mountains in the background and the nice atmosphere at nights was such a pleasure.
  Highly recommended.

  Struttura molto bella spaziosa in zona molto tranquilla che però consente di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti

  Piękna willa, komfort na najwyższym poziomie za naprawde nie duże pieniądze. Spędziłem tam najlepsze wakacje pod względem miejsca zamieszkania. Willa jest przepiękna i bardzo duża. Czulem sie jak król, wszystko na naprawde wysokim poziomie, wielki ogród, taras , duży balkon z pięknym widokiem , piękna sypialnia i salon . Po prostu brak mi słów, planowany wyjazd był na tydzień a zostaliśmy prawie tydzień dłużej, odpoczynek i relaks na wysokim poziomie , dookoła cisza i spokój, piękne poranki i wspaniałe wieczory, dom sprostał ponad moim oczekiwaniom, jestem bardzo zadowolony , zawsze marzyłem o tym by wynająć wille na wakacje. Spędziliśmy tam piękne chwile z moją dziewczyną, dziękujemy za wszystko Pani Marii , która była na wyciągnięcie ręki, gdy tylko coś potrzebowaliśmy. Pełen profesjonalizm .

  Siamo stati accolti in modo delizioso dalla gentilissima proprietaria Maria, ci ha coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno e si è dimostrata sempre disponibile ed attenta a non farci mancare niente, un host davvero eccezionale.
  La villa è molto grande e dotata di ogni confort, in particolare la cucina è molto attrezzata e si poteva godere del bel giardino per mangiare e rilassarsi all'aperto.
  La posizione è tranquilla ed è comoda per raggiungere il centro di Kos in poco tempo.
