  This villa was exceptional. Very clean and had everything for our stay. AC to every room was bonus as was very hot. The lady running this is amazing. Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

  The checkin and checkout was very easy, because the villa has a key lock. There are 3 identical villas on the property, but we were alone. We had privacy and very good internet connection. The view is very nice from the terrace. The city is very close, with very good tavernas, supermarket, beach.
  The communication with the host was very good and we got all our questions answered very fast.

  Wat een prachtig huis, alles was nieuw, schoon en comfortabel. Er was overal aan gedacht. Er lagen zelfs tandenborstels. En bij aankomst eten in de koelkast. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. En het uitzicht, het doet zijn naam eer aan. Rustige locatie en Mastichari is binnen een paar minuten te bereiken. Daar is de zee vaak wat wilder, maar je bent ook zo weer aan de andere kant, bijvoorbeeld Paradise Beach, waar de zee weer kalmer is.

  Das Gelände sieht aus wie eine kleine Oase, mitten in der trockenen Landschaft von Kos. Alles ist top gepflegt und mit Liebe gestaltet. Nur wenige Minuten vom Airport entfernt und sehr Zentral auf der Insel (25 Autominuten nach Kos / Kefalos). Auf dem Gelände stehen drei Häuser, wir haben in dem linken Haus "Villa Rosemary" übernachtet und nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Xanthi ist sehr freundlich und in der Unterkunft hat uns bereits ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit allem Notwendigen für ein Frühstück erwartet. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft gehabt. Es fehlt an nichts – von Wäschetabs bis Reis war wirklich alles vorhanden. Man merkt einfach, dass die Gastgeberin weiß, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt und meistens nicht aus der Heimat mitbringt. Zu allem Überfluss brachte uns die Gastgeberin sogar einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen vorbei! Wir waren begeistert.
  Selbst kleine Details wie bei der Handseife im Badezimmer, die aus der hochwertigen lokalen Produktion in Kos hergestellt wurde, zeigen, wie viel Liebe in der Unterkunft steckt! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
